The site was launched on time and to a great reception by both external users and internal users. We have continued to work with HQ for site maintenance and continued developement, constantly enhancing the site to respond to feedback and evolving website trends.

Some of the key outcomes that demonstrate the website's success:

- Website load time: Since the site's launch, the site's load speed is 20% faster. This has helped SEO and the overall user experience.

- Our mobile application was also dramatically improved. This is extremely important since some 60% of visitors to the site access it through mobile devices.
