Adchitects has built our website from scratch. The team has designed and developed the site, and they continue to provide support and maintenance. We have existing brand guidelines, but Adchitects has helped us shape them. We often go to the team with an idea and ask them to present different ways to implement it.

Moreover, Adchitects has also helped us with our HubSpot pages and SEO efforts. The team uses Craft CMS for the website and Figma for staging and mock-ups. Adchitects has also created graphics for the website and other presentations.

We’ve worked with various people over the years. Natalia, the project manager, is our main point of contact. We’ve also worked with Rafał, the CTO, Marcin, our main developer, Roxana, the graphic designer, and Matheus, who is also a developer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adchitects has helped us create a top-tier website, which people have complimented and responded well to. The site has also helped with our web traffic and brand awareness. In fact, Adchitects has done creative things that other people don’t have, and we’ve received a lot of compliments on it, as well as a higher click rate. We've also received a network page that the network team loves.

The team has also proposed several different designs for solution pages, which are always popular. Overall, Adchitects is creative and free to use their expertise to help us.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects has been responsive and follows up with the project. A couple of times, they went over budget. Besides, we’ve had issues with project managers in the past, but Natalia has transformed our relationship with the team.

We’ve been working with Matheus recently, and he and Marcin have been awesome at helping us get things on time. We communicate via ClickUp and have monthly calls. We’re going to start doing weekly calls going forward.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The design aspect of Adchitects’ work is impressive. The team creates beautiful websites..

Furthermore, Natalia has been the best project manager; super responsive, available, and overall amazing. Roxana creates perfect and beautiful graphics. Mateusz has been awesome too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A super custom website requires a lot of development, so it’s not as easy as something like WordPress. I recommend finding a more scalable platform. Additionally, there’s a lot of QA involved, so the QA process could be better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have your priorities in mind. If you plan on having people come in and out of the company, make sure you talk with Adchitects about the platform options that would make it the easiest for people to work with your website. Additionally, let the team be creative.

Take into account that Adchitects will follow your ideas, but it’s good to leave room for their creativity. The team can make things awesome if you leave room for them.

The project included designing and building a WordPress-based microsite to be deployed within our existing WordPress site. It would utilize reusable templates and blocks. The microsite would be tested on our staging site and then deployed to our production site. All design files and assets would be provided.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivered on time and within budget while meeting project specifications. There were no other measurable outcomes.

Project management was superb. Communication was never an issue, and the project was completed well within our specified deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The expertise of the designer and developer assigned to the project was clear. Both were engaged throughout the scope of the project. The project manager was driven and maintained a positive and friendly outlook throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adchitects could have done differently?

The use of a WYSIWYG block was surprising and made editing a bit more challenging, but that may have been necessary in order to make other parts of the page work correctly. My only notes would be to talk through that decision first. And really, that's mostly picking nits. We were very happy with the project.

I’m the senior marketing specialist for Calo App, a meal plans company. We provide healthy meal plans to customers in Bahrain. We also have branches in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.

We struggled because we didn’t have a professional website. The company was expanding, so we wanted to take the site to another level and make it more informative so it could represent the stage we were in.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects has developed a WordPress website for us. We initially provided them with all the documents about our company and details about our history. We also gave them the marketing plan and complete brand book.

We’re mainly in contact with two teammates, including a project manager. However, we sometimes talk with more technical parties and usually interact with 4–5 people.

I found them by pure luck; I searched for agencies and found Clutch. I saw many reviews and finally decided to go with them.

We started working with them in April 2023 and are in the final stage. The project is 99% done, so we’ll launch the website soon.

We haven’t launched the website yet, but we’re very optimistic about it. After seeing the final version, we highly hope the site will be a game-changer for us. Overall, Architects has met our expectations.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Many agencies can provide technical support, but we love Adchitects’ management. Everything has been transparent from the beginning. They always update the timeline, and we have 1–2 weekly meetings.

Moreover, they explain and document everything well, setting our expectations clearly. We use ClickUp to follow up on the project’s milestones, so they’re very organized and transparent.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Our project manager has gone above and beyond. Also, Roxana (Product Designer) works on the website’s design, and she has done her best.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like their people; they’re so friendly. We’ve been doing this project for a year, so it’s like they’re part of our company now. Adchitects is willing to go above and beyond for us, which we don’t find in many agencies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing on the top of my mind. We’ve had a good experience.

You have to go through everything they submit. We’ve gone back and forth fixing bugs, mainly because they’re an English and Arabic version. They’re not the best people to deal with Arabic content.

• Full v1 or website, including navigation, all pages, etc.
• Sanity as the CMS on the backend to keep pages updated

The key, and main, outcome was a fully developed website that was ready to deploy. We started this work from scratch.

Adchitects always delivered on time and on a steady and reliable cadence. Project management was very responsive and highly organized. They used several online tools that made it easy to communicate, check the status of different pieces of work and stay up to date with what was going on in general. Project management was very high quality.

I’m the head of marketing for a company that offers IT services in a hyper-realistic simulation of cyber attacks. This environment enables users to train in a dynamic environment and experience real hacker attacks.

Our startup recently separated from a larger company, so our website needed to be updated. We worked with Adchitects on a larger project split into two phases; the first involved developing a landing page MVP for our site to be prepared for further development. We wanted the page to have a user-friendly UX/UI design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially met to discuss our expectations before starting any development. Afterward, Adchitects supplied UX/UI design and website development to build the landing page. The team also helped shape our new corporate identity. The landing page was built using WordPress with Gutenberg plug-ins, and Adchitects was responsible for adding the required functionalities.

We’re very satisfied with the landing page that Adchitects developed. We can modify the website easily; it works quickly and is smooth. Their work has enabled us to go further with Google Ads, which helps us bring users to the site. It’s still early into the project, but we’ve seen increased visits and had good feedback on the code structure. The site is also accessible and user-friendly, which we’re very happy about. 

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

We were very satisfied with their communication throughout the project. They consistently reported back to us and stayed on budget and within the deadline. When there were delays, they were on our end. They followed through on everything they said they would do, and when changes needed to be made, they were very transparent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with Adchitects overall knowledge and ability to incorporate the right technology. The whole team worked effectively, and we appreciated their transparency and responsiveness. Adchitects was professional and methodical in their approach. 

The process was incredibly smooth, and they were great collaborators. We’ve worked with many companies for web development; this was the best team we’ve ever worked with. We left the engagement feeling good about the partnership because we knew they were invested.

There’s nothing we can come up with. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

A person looking to use Adchitects should know they are marketing-oriented and will focus on ensuring your site is prepared for a marketing strategy. If you don’t have any marketing information to give them, this could make the engagement difficult. If you delegate someone to the project, ensure that this person knows your branding and identity. 

The more of an idea you can give them, the more efficient they’ll be, and the better result you’ll get.

We needed to design and develop our company’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects designed and developed our website using HubSpot as CMS. They used InVision for design and managed the development process, including setting meetings and workshops.

Our site’s main goal was to introduce our company’s products and services. Potential customers can book a demo or purchase our products. They can also attend one of our webinars, subscribe to our newsletter, and read articles in our blog. Adchitects also worked with us on the site’s SEO.

We worked with Adchitects’ project manager, designer, and developer. After a while, they integrated an additional backup designer into the team.

I found Adchitects while cross-comparing their profile on different review sites, including Clutch. I reached Adchitects and had a couple of meetings where we discussed their availability since we had a  tight timeline at the time.

We invested around $65,000 with Adchitects.

We worked with Adchitects from January–October 2022. Although our website’s development is completed, Adchitects still provides us with web hosting and maintenance as needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We received positive feedback for the website’s design. Adchitects’ development work was excellent, and their code was clean. Adchitects developed our site as instructed — we wanted our code to be independent and modular. 

Adchitects’ work was high-quality compared to other companies I’ve worked with. Their QA was good too since we haven’t had major issues or bugs with the website. 

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects’ project management was excellent. We used ClickUp for communication and project management. Adchitects also gave me detailed breakdowns about spending. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with Adchitects’ professionalism. They were a relatively small agency with a robust process and strong communication cadence. Every Adchitects’ teammate knew what they were doing and how to interact with clients. I never had to track them down or push them for anything. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing for Adchitects to improve was that the design phase took a long time. At the beginning of the project, it took a long time to get where we wanted. We had a lot of discussions with Adchitects, and we were frustrated at times. However, once we passed that situation, everything worked out. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend having a clear idea of what you want before working with Adchitects. If you already know what you want, be clear to communicate it to Adchitects. On the contrary, if you’re not sure about what you want, be open to listen to Adchitects suggestions.

After that, they proceeded with the process, handling both the development and design work. They created various visuals and designs, including a custom interface that could interact with the technology running on the backend. They used React for the frontend.

Additionally, Adchitects helped create some of our brand assets. They designed a new logo and brand style guide for us.

We needed help with designing a landing page for our website that could talk about our product in a concise and fresh way.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects helped us redesign the UI/UX of our website’s landing page. Initially, they took us through a series of workshops, which helped them understand our brand better so that they could create our designs more efficiently. They also created user personas and mood boards for us, and we discussed the personality of our brand.

After the workshops, Adchitects redesigned the entire landing page for our site using Figma. They worked a lot on freshening the page and creating a completely new design, introducing new shapes and colors in a very smart way.

What is the team composition?

We worked with four teammates from Adchitects, including Maurycy (Project Manager), Emilia (UI/UX Designer), Roxana (UI/Motion Designer & Team Mentor), and another person who helped us with the wireframes.

Then, they took our input, consolidated everything, and created a project roadmap from workshop to delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The initial workshops were very helpful in understanding what we were doing with the product. Moreover, we use our website for user acquisition purposes, and Adchitects helped us build a flow that makes it very easy for clients to join our waitlist. To achieve this, they created a button that visitors immediately see when they go to our website, which incites them to join us.

In addition to that, the messaging and the way that Adchitects formulated the whole landing page’s story have helped us a lot with that user acquisition. They included information about our product, which also invites users to join our waitlist and be part of it.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects’ project management was very good. They were always on top of their work, extremely responsive, and motivated. We even felt their energy through their email communication, which got us excited about the project. We used ClickUp to collaborate. Additionally, I had weekly calls with Maurycy to ensure everything stayed on track and to see if something was missing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adchitects’ level of care and personalized approach were outstanding. They treat each client differently, providing a personal experience to each one. Additionally, their designs were unique. Other companies simply create templates and make adjustments to each brand, especially when working with startups. However, the fact that Adchitects was very involved and invested in their client’s projects was a differentiating factor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would have been great if Adchitects’ attention to detail regarding the UI had been better. Still, we had a very tight deadline, so they worked perfectly within it. Other than that, everything was seamless.

Trust them. Adchitects is very good at listening, so you need to know your brand well and share your story with them so that they can design accordingly.

I’m the head of brand and content for a product performance management platform. We’re in the Internet, technology, and retail sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

We’d gone through several shifts and pivots with our company over the past few years. We finally nailed down our narrative and vision, so we wanted a new homepage to reflect that. Moreover, our focus was on telling our brand story successfully and ensuring that our product was understandable through the site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Adchitects went through our site and did a basic analysis to see what they could do to help us stay on brand. They looked through the homepage and suggested different formats and color options. We went through them with Adchitects, and they took our suggestions into account. Then, they put together mock-ups. After we went over them, Adchitects finally coded the site and put it into our control.

They built the homepage from scratch and mainly worked through HubSpot. Additionally, Adchitects worked with our designer and did some of the design work using Figma.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the process of figuring out their impact, we don’t have anything to share so far. However, Adchitects was great to work with. We really appreciated how quickly they put our requests into action. Also, they advised us on what would work best and came up with cool solutions for our different problems.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

They were responsive, and the team delivered on time and within budget. We mostly communicated through emails, but they used ClickUp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with how flexible and adaptable they were. Whatever problem we had, Adchitects was able to shift quickly into something else to put together a good product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My team had trouble working with ClickUp. We started using it better at the end of the engagement, but it was the most confusing part of the process.

Adchitects is a strong choice. They have a comprehensive way of putting together web projects from the early ideation to the actual deployment.
