We finished the MPV under $50,000, which was vastly cheaper than anything else that had been quoted. EB Pearls was even able to add a few new features later on in the process. They were willing to negotiate on the price, which we appreciated since we’re a small startup. It’s easy to be overlooked or considered a low priority, but we never got that impression from EB Pearls. They paid a lot of attention to us and were sympathetic to our limited budget. If I’d paid $300,000, I would’ve expected more. But for $50,000, we got way more than we would’ve gotten elsewhere. They outsource their work to Nepal, which is why they can keep it cheap.

The team made their best effort to deliver the website in time, despite the multitude of new technical features that they needed to learn to carry out the fancy design of the website. Digital Butlers were not like that at all. I was mindblown by the attention to detail and absolute dedication to making the website as perfect as possible. Even if it meant staying up long nights, working overtime, and fixing the smallest details (such as optimizing speed and fixing textures).

If I have something that needs to be done, I can send them an email or WhatsApp message. The time difference doesn’t matter; they’re super responsive. I can text our point of contact at any time, and he looks into it right away. Even on Sunday, when one of the monitoring systems that they put into place had some warnings, I texted them, and they followed up immediately. An hour or so later, they sent a full report on what was happening and how things were fixed and put into place. As somebody who wouldn’t be able to monitor the website in this way, it’s really important that I can reach out to them via text or email at literally anytime and get a quick response.
