Semibold's quick work ethic and design skills allows us to turn around important work fast and promote necessary events, landing pages and online and print collateral.

They always deliver on time, and if there are any roadblocks then they are dicussed on team calls or via slack. The communication is great and we're always on the same page. Our team at Manage it Pros ensures new projects have proper briefs before projects are sent to Semibold, thus saving their time and efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Semibold could have done differently?

The only thing I would want to work on with the team is making more out of our weekly calls, sometimes I have no idea who will be on, if just the PM or the designers or no designers. It would be nice if all the designers working on projects as well as leads would join this call, as we only have this one opportunity to raise any concerns and go over something with more detail. This is also a great chance for the designers to raise any questions to our creative lead, Jonathan.

I was most impressed by the CEO’s hands-on approach, especially in serving as the initial filter for design feedback.

We also engaged them for brand strategy, but they lacked English copywriters. Adding content strategists for the North American market to their team would be beneficial.

We designed our new web in Figma and then because of lack of internal capacity we were looking for a partner who would help us to deliver a Webflow dev. From Figma to Webflow. It included several pages and micro-animations which Semibold team designed very thoughtfully and nice. Scope of work included also help with switching from an old web to a new web. Semibold's team keep an eye of all aspects and helps us with smooth transition and launch.

Everything was great, and we felt a lot of support from the agency. I was sure that it will be a success from the very beginning. We scheduled a calls when it was needed and besides that we had email syncs from them so we knew what a when its gonna happen which is crucial.

I’m the technology manager of Superyacht Partners, a superyacht brokerage.

What challenge were you trying to address with Semibold?

We needed to build a world-class website with a great UX, UI, IA, and CTA. The goal was to guide the design for ease, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. Additionally, we wanted to manage the site simply from the backend.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We submitted a very detailed brief, and Semibold understood it intuitively. They came back with great questions and suggestions, so we felt comfortable that they understood our requirements and could work with us. 
We’re not an easy client to work with since we have a diffuse management structure, so decision-making and feedback can be suboptimal.Semibold has designed and developed our website from scratch. They’ve also integrated it with HubSpot and social media, designed templates and contact forms, and provided continual development and updates. The team has also worked on improving the site’s performance and analytics.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a massive improvement in our website’s performance. Our ranking has moved from invisible to the front page of search engines, and our inquiries have increased from zero to 2–3 per month (excluding spam). We’ve tracked these improvements through Google Analytics and HubSpot.

How did Semibold perform from a project management standpoint?

Semibold’s project management has been excellent. The delays in the initial delivery have been attributable to us. The ongoing management is timely and usually faster than expected. We’ve communicated through virtual meetings.

Semibold’s understanding and anticipation of our needs have been impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t love having to use ClickUp, their time and project management software.
