What I appreciated most about Tandem was their flexibility to adjust and take feedback from us and our retail partner, ensuring all the needs from each group were met. They took the time to understand our brand, what we (and our retail partner) were looking for, were flexible during the whole project, and creative. Which made for a fantastic end result!

I had a lot of projects under construction and had several people communicating with me — contractors, engineers, real estate people, investors, bankers, and lawyers — so I had pretty high standards. I wanted an immediate response to my email unless it’s sent out on a Friday evening. The States of Matter team, however, got back to me on the same night or the following morning, even on a weekend. It was truly a joy to work with them because they had their own strong work ethic but immediately adapted to ours. They got the work done in a timely manner and worked really hard to meet the set deadline.
