I am a Digital Media Manager at Finance House, a financial services company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio3?

We had a new product launch for our Corporate Finance division. We hired Studio3 to produce our launch video for the product named Al Rabeh Business

What were your goals for this project?

To launch the product successfully in the UAE market and to communicate the services offered under the product to the potential customers.

• Briefed Studio3 about the project
• Studio3 got back with a creative direction/script which was approved
• Studio3 shared the proposal for the same
• Finance House share the LPO for the job
• Studio3 worked on the storyboard and shared it with us
• Finance House made a few suggestions and once the amendments were made, the storyboard was approved
• Studio3 produced the video and shared the first draft for feedback
• Finance House suggested a few minor updates and once this was made, the video was approved
• Studio3 provided High Definition videos and multiple adaptations for social media
• The invoice was processed once the job was completed

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Studio3 included 2 additional changes on the video production in the proposal itself. So we had the option to make the video amendments twice without incurring additional costs. Any feedbacks shared was worked on quickly and provided the next draft in a maximum of 24 hours time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was well received by the entire top management. The awareness campaign promoting the video was very successful with a high brand lift.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very smooth with Studio3. The communication was clear and so the pace of work was extremely fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The client servicing was top notch. The additional creative inputs from the agency is what we look forward from any advertising agency.
