I am the general manager for the ceramic pro elite dealers of Utah.

For what projects/services did your company hire SodaSpoon, and what were your goals?
We were launching two new locations in Utah. We needed everything from website development to social media management, to content creation to search optimization and local ppc.

We had several campaigns cost around 5k to produce but yielded 50k+ in return. We’ll worth investing in your content strategy.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have weekly meetings with daily updates in slack. Very effective. Roughly saves us 60% a year in what we would pay for a salary role.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
SodaSpoon truly cares about our success. Shocking I know but most vendors just treated us like a number or a task. They genuinely wanted us to succeed and supported our efforts in business. This is hard to find. Very valuable once you have it. You won’t let it go.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There aren’t any improvements for us. We were pretty vocal during the process and they were very receptive to our requests and changes.
