Empowered Ecommerce was wonderful to work with. They consistently met deadlines, completed work in a timely fashion, and were quick to respond to any questions or feedback. The process was shockingly seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their organization, attention to detail, and ability to respond to our feedback. Stephanie was able to interpret our feedback to different web designs well and provided clear, comprehensive responses. 

She was able to intuit what we wanted based on our comments and frequently went above and beyond to research solutions for any issues that came up. She took great care to consider our brand ethos in the design and all of her suggestions were on point. Sometimes developers can focus so much on functionality (which is important) without considering the aesthetics, however Stephanie's designs were amazingly on brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Empowered Ecommerce could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. The process was so smooth and seamless.

Stephanie and her agency provided excellent ideas, direction, and design for a massive website overhaul guided by retail strategy and SEO. They were able to assess my company and ecomm stores and help refresh the branding while keeping the essence of the ethos intact. 

Her agency is international which meant different perspectives and time zones, and around the clock work, making it possible to achieve a condensed timeline without sacrificing quality. I am extremely happy with the work provided and look forward to working with Stephanie again in the future. I highly recommend her for your next serious design ecomm project.

I'm the owner of Sandbox Academy. It is a blog/e-commerce shop that teaches mom how to teach their kids at home using simple activities.

For what projects/services did your company hire Empowered Ecommerce, and what were your goals?

I needed my website to be updated, more clear and concise and to push sales without being too pushy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Empowered Ecommerce was well organized. I came into the project knowing I needed an update but knowing exactly what I needed. Stephanie and her team completed an incredibly detailed audit and share with me all the ways I could improve my website. I was free to use the audit findings with any company of my choice but the level of organization and detail showed me that Stephanie and her team would leave me loving my investment.

The goal was to highlight the products that I sell to result in more sales and move my blog from wordpress to shopify. The team delivered a fresh home page, product pages, product catalog, and check out process. We added fresh copy, product ratings, social media feeds, and converted my email list.

A project manager was my main point of contact. I also worked closely with a developer and copywriter.

My sales have increased.

We used slack, google drive and loom which was incredibly helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of organization was impressive. The project was done on time with a high attention to detail. This is greatly due to their high level of organization.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I know it is a tough ask, but there was a long process talking to the sales person, completing the audit, and then starting the actual project. At the beginning of the project you gave me a big list of things we needed for the project like ideal customer info, photos, copy, etc. The timeline to get that completed felt very rushed. I wished I had had that list from the beginning so that I would have had more time to hire photographers and what not. Your team was accommodating, but I felt rushed and like I was dropping the ball which I hate.

Our website was not user friendly and wasn't converting customers so we had empowered E-commerce redo our website from scratch using a shopify template
