Renowned were tasked with helping us redefine our brand. We felt that the market perecived us as too much of a professional services brand, when we are a high tech, innovative B2B SaaS brand operating in the cyber industry. We worked with Renowned to help us turn this around and translate that look and feel through a new website. In addition, we needed a series of new assests created, including a brand video.

Renowned took a very professional approach, running workshops with the team to help us define what the brand we wanted to be was. They set out a very clear framework for us to follow and used this as a basis for our website build. This also carried through to the assets that we created, including the brand video, product logos, website styling, font and visual language used across the brand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Renowned delivered a new website with a completely revised brand look and feel. Within the site, we had a series of new visual assets they created and a new brand video that featured on the homepage. The site went live in May, and we've seen positive engagement with the brand since it's launch.

They were very pro-active, we communicated daily on Slack and were very clear with deadlines and budgets. A project manager was brought in to the run the project, who helped us a lot.

They are a really solid team. They worked extremely hard, offered their insights and opinions and helped us to shape a direction.

Their creative ideation is unmatched to anything I've seen in an agency before. They're cutting-edge in their recommendations - always looking to do things in the most innovative and forward-thinking ways rather than rest on experience.  They saw the beauty and potential in all their projects and never considered certain projects more worthy of attention than others. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Renowned could have done differently?

Their costing process could do with some work. In particular, it needs more transparency and detail baked in to appease the finance departments in larger organisations like ours. However, their prices are objectively fair.
