Brolių medus is a bee farm run by two brothers. Our distinction lies not only in our production quality, which is certified as the highest, but also in our unique honey products: honey teas, honey with freeze-dried berries and fruits, and "Bear bros" gummy candies for children with honey. Our packaging design and logo were outdated and unappealing.

The main task for Bold Brands was to create an attractive image for the contemporary consumer and a wide audience. The design concept had to add value to the product and effectively communicate the brand's values.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The updated packaging design created a completely new image. Marketing guidelines steered the brand in the right direction. People began to notice our brand, and sales increased significantly. “Brolių medus” entered a new segment, which is gift sets, and the marketing strategy boosted online sales. The brand received much more attention, and retail networks came by themselves to request their products.

The project's task was to create a premium hair care line from scratch. Bold Brands came up with the name, logo, and packaging design concept. Over the years, Bold Brands developed packaging solutions for various product lines. Shifting our focus to online sales in 2023, the agency updated all the products with the aim of improving the customer experience. Additionally, the goal was not only to stand out from competitors through the product itself but also through packaging.

Our company has become an extremely successful brand in the American and German markets. It has grown from scratch to over 40 million in annual sales, becoming the largest cosmetics company in the Baltic countries. The brand continues to grow each year in online sales. Our design has won 5 international awards in 2017 and 2023.

• Aurum Double Happiness ice cream, which had to capture attention with its rich flavor. The created packaging was well visible in retail locations and effectively communicated the key product advantage.
• Zigmas Easy Fish - a product line of ready-to-eat "just heat it" products designed for busy individuals. The goal was for the new product to effectively communicate that it's easy to prepare and what the result would be.

Bold Brands shifted the design priorities, aesthetics, and product names for our Multigrain Snack. The products became significantly more modern, "tastier," and adapted for the export market, which allowed us to increase sales for this product line. Bold Brands designed a concept and packaging for two of our product lines. The "Lenti chips" were particularly successful in export markets and also won an A'Design design award.

We are one of the largest breweries and drink producers in Lithuania, established in 1853, selling products in more than 10 product categories, exporting to 30 countries all over the World.

We were looking for a partner who could manage and administer our portfolio of more than 200 products, create new brands, and design packaging concepts. We wanted to create a brand and concept that would be unique and appealing in foreign markets, not just the traditional beer that everyone is accustomed to. We also aimed to develop a new concept for the highly competitive water category, both in the local and export markets. 

We wanted to refresh the brand and packaging designs for our brand on an international scale. We also aimed to create new brands and packaging designs as we ventured into a new category of strong beverages. We needed to continually update existing packaging designs for all brands to remain competitive in the market.

The products are performing exceptionally well in exports. Genys craft beer has become not only a niche product but also a staple on mainstream store shelves.
