The project included the end-to-end development of the sh!thappens e-commerce website, from understanding the brand concept to creating a smooth customer journey. Grapdes worked on the website structure, user experience, product flow, content placement, key pages, and overall navigation so that the idea of swappable and reusable patches could be communicated clearly.

Key deliverables included website design and development, product page setup, homepage flow, content structuring, customer journey mapping, checkout flow, mobile responsiveness, and basic creative direction to ensure the website felt aligned with the brand’s personality. They helped translate a new and slightly unconventional product category into a simple, engaging, and easy-to-shop online experience.

The project helped us move from an idea-led brand to a structured e-commerce experience with clear product pages, smoother navigation, mobile-friendly browsing and a more defined customer journey.

Since launch, the website has supported product discovery, customer enquiries, direct purchases and brand credibility. It has also made it much easier to explain our concept through content, visuals and product flow, which was one of the most important outcomes for us.

Responsive, approachable and easy to work with throughout the project. Since sh!thappens was a new and unconventional concept, there were many rounds of feedback around product flow, content, customer journey and creative direction, and the team was open to understanding the brand before executing.

They managed the project well, kept communication clear, and responded quickly whenever changes or refinements were needed. Overall, they were collaborative and flexible, and helped us bring the website together in a way that felt aligned with what we wanted to build.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how naturally the team understood the brand, the ask and the overall thought process behind sh!thappens. Since the brand is not a conventional e-commerce concept, it needed more than just website execution — it needed someone who could understand the personality, tone, customer mindset and the kind of journey we wanted to create.

Grapdes felt like a strong culture fit from the beginning. Their thinking was aligned with ours, they understood feedback quickly, and they were able to translate a slightly chaotic, new-age brand idea into a website experience that felt clear, functional and true to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grapdes could have done differently?

The overall experience was very positive. One area where Grapdes could add even more value is by being slightly more proactive with recommendations on what could work best from a website, UX and conversion point of view.

Since they understood the brand well, it would have been helpful to receive a few more strategic suggestions or key pointers during the process — for example, what to prioritise, what to simplify, or what could improve the customer journey further. That said, they were very receptive to feedback and collaborative throughout.

The project began with a comprehensive audit of our existing scial footprint and a cmpetitor analysis within our niche. Grapdes took over the complete management of our Instagram, Facebok, and Tik Tok accounts. Their primary focus was bridging the gap between ur brand identity and our sales goals, ensuring that every post served a purpose in the customer journey.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result were visible within the first 60 days, particularly in how our social channels began to function as a legitimate sales funnel rather than just a digital gallery. We saw a 40% increase in our total media refrerred traffic to the website, which was a major win for our organic strategy.

The project management was seamless and highly proactive. They used organised tracking tloos to ensure all ontent and ad campaighns were delivered on time. Communication was excellent, always responsive via slack and quick to adapt to ur last minute inventory changs. It felt like they were a true extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us the most was their "sales first" approach to social media. Unlike other agencies that only focus on metrics like likes, Grapdes genuinely understood our e-commerce bottom line. They didn't just post pretty pctures they built a cohesive startegy that turned our social feeds into a consistent revenue stream.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grapdes could have done differently?

There weren't any major issues. If I had to pick smeting, I'd say that during the initial onboarding, the data gathering phase was quite intensive and took a bit longer than we expected.

Grapdes provided rebranding, positioning, and strategic advisory services. The team conducted an audit, research, and analysis to gain insights into our brand. They also provided an inward transfer of knowledge and developed a brand positioning and strategy. The team created an identity launch plan and delivered organizational visual identity rebranding. This included a parent/corporate logo, sub-brand logo adaptation, corporate business collateral, wayfinding design and guide, brand collateral copywriting and design, and a brand visual identity guide.

With the rebrand, we saw more pride in the identity and a higher association with the brand. The brand looked fresher, and the new identity truly conveyed the values of our organization. There was a sync between what we said and how we looked.
