After the website is launched, we have started receiving more orders and service requests for different carpentry services like assembling/dismantling, repair & fixes, and new furniture making.

They are very meticulous and agile in delivering the work. All the communication was done in their internal project management tool, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and phone. All the changes were also recorded in a Google spreadsheet.

The team from Evrig Solutions is very responsive and they are very committed to the scheduled deliverables.

There is no major improvement needed but sometimes we expect them to communicate with our 3rd party vendors or suppliers as well which can minimize our stress. However, this was not part of the scope but if they can do it, it would be helpful.
