To be fair, perhaps we did not opt for a premium enough package, and that may have affected the level of execution.

What genuinely hurt was remembering the promises that were made versus the product that was ultimately delivered. We held back their final 10% payment for almost six months, which was roughly around ₹10,000 (approximately $120 USD). But even that happened due to confusion surrounding a feature we specifically wanted and which, unfortunately, was forgotten during execution.We swear on God that this could still have been a five-star review despite the unsatisfactory deliverables if Mr. Hari had genuinely cared to properly audit the website, as claimed. Dummy images and placeholder content were still visibly present on the homepage and even on the single product page.The reason we eventually cleared the payment in full was not because we were completely satisfied with the work, but because we simply could not keep up with the relentless payment follow-ups from Mr. Hari.
