The scope of work includes both team augmentation and project-based UX services.

On the team augmentation side, Hyphen provides experienced UX professionals (such as UX/UI Designers, Product Designers and Service Designers) who integrate into our teams to support ongoing digital product development and design initiatives.

On the project side, Hyphen delivers end-to-end UX work, including user research, UX and UI design, accessibility assessments and improvements, and customer journey analysis and optimisation.

Key deliverables typically include user research insights, customer journey maps, service blueprints, UX/UI design concepts and prototypes, accessibility recommendations, and documentation to support the implementation of improved digital experiences.

We initially engaged Hyphen Digital Experience to conduct a design review of one of our key website pages (Tour Details), supported by a detailed briefing outlining our objectives, target audience and main UX challenges. Following this request, Hyphen presented us with a broader Digital Growth Partnership proposal, and we began holding weekly meetings to review outcomes, align on feedback and define next steps related to the original scope. In parallel, we requested additional refinements to several elements of our new website, including UI components and layouts, which have been addressed using the same structured, iterative methodology throughout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main project phase has been successfully completed, with all planned deliverables delivered on time and exceeding our expectations.
