Avid Panda first looked at our current web pages and analysed its content both good and bad. The next stage was to re work the web page to make it more user friendly, add a blog, increase content and case studies etc . 

Once we had a better prepared and more user friendly web site, we then started targeting our audience, we introduced content specific to season changes and activity in pests such as rodents, insects such as wasps etc, in this way we managed to put ourselves in front of our competitors by being pro active and not reactive to season changes in the industry

Our pay for leads cost has dropped dramatically, our search words are not continually the same all year they are more specific to seasonal changes which has had an impact on our content, social media blogs and cast study making it much easier for our clients which has lead to a major increase in our revenue stream which was the goal at the beginning of the project

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of how we want to be portrayed on Google, they’re doing a great job. At this point, we’re getting closer and closer to having all of our criteria on the first page of Google search results. The main impact on our business, though, is the improved loading speed on our website, whether it be on mobile or desktop. It used to take about 19 seconds to load pages, and now it only takes 3–4 seconds.

They provided an excellent, organized service, which included thorough monthly reviews.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical knowledge and transparency with information were both impressive qualities. They regularly brought us up to speed on their progress, keeping us in the picture from start to finish. That was important to us.

I can’t think of anything.
