I think it's noticable by their questions, attencion to detail, and professionality that they have been doing this for enough time to really understand how to transform our ideas to paper. It was impressive how they took something we had so abstract and quickly managed to put it in words and, in this case, designs. One thing I also commend is their attitude when it came to the revisions of the work. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate some of the 'feeling' that's missing or is off, and needs to be communicated - but everytime they understood completely what was being said without words.
