Oozle Media's efforts have had a tremendously positive impact on our lead flow. I don't have exact numbers, but our overall online performance has significantly improved across the board. Their PPC strategy has been very effective, and they've done a solid job in a variety of other areas. 

During the transition from our old site to the launch of the new site, we didn't experience much of a dip in performance at all. Since launching, we've experienced around a 50% increase in site visitors.

I arranged all of the appropriate social channels and then granted Oozle Media access and allowed them to carry the torch from there. On the Facebook page for our main campus, they helped establish the correct links to our website and other social media platforms. How did Oozle Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been outstanding. Our project manager, Erika (Marketing Manager, Oozle Media), is always available and responsive and is quick to bring in an expert from her team if I have a question. Whether it's about PPC or a social media ad campaign, Erika has someone who can answer my question thoroughly. We’re very happy with the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve helped us across the board, so it’s difficult to name any one thing. However, I really like the number of specialists they have and how diverse their skillsets are. I appreciate that I’m not getting one person who’s trying to do everything. The peace of mind that comes from knowing I’m in good hands is invaluable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The blogs they’re writing now are better than the ones they wrote in the beginning. It’s not a complaint, just something that took time to learn. The more the writers familiarize themselves with our industry, the better the content they produce.

I’m the general manager of a dental specialist business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Oozle Media?

We needed to to find a more collaborative partner to help us update and revise our website. Our previous contractor had been difficult to work with—they weren’t open to suggestion and tried to apply a sort of cookie-cutter solution to our needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completely redeveloped the site using WordPress. Once that was finished, they also began helping us with online marketing, which they still do. They also help create blog posts for our site.

What is the team composition?

Their team had seven or eight people in total.

How did you come to work with Oozle Media?

I reviewed other websites that had a look and feel similar to what we wanted and looked into who had developed them. Several of the ones we liked had been done by Oozle Media, so I researched them and looked up reviews of their work. After we had our initial meeting, we decided to move forward with the collaboration.

How much have you invested with them?

The initial web development project cost between $15,000–$20,000 and we spend about $12,000 per year on marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in October 2014 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Not only has their work improved our business, that improvement has stayed consistent over the past four years. We’re more visible online, and our rankings and review ratings are higher. Our web traffic has also increased and we’ve hit maximum capacity as a business because we’ve picked up so many new customers.

How did Oozle Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We have monthly meetings to review the previous month’s marketing numbers and make decisions about how to proceed. They also work with us on quarterly and annual planning. Communication with them has always been fantastic. They’re diligent about responding to emails and sticking to deadlines when it comes to all of the marketing.

They’re great listeners who can add a lot of value to your project via their expertise and insight. They come to the table with a lot of options in order to help us meet our goals. I really appreciate not only that they bring perspective to our discussions, but that they also hear what I need and take it into account.

We started seeing the results right away. I've been in business for 40 years and they're the first company that did things right from the beginning. They have a good system to measure the success of their campaigns, so they were able to make valuable recommendations on how we should spend our budget.

We have a lot of day-to-day responsibilities in running our business, but they’ve kept us on task. They're very diligent about following up and sending us regular reminders. We also have a monthly phone call with them.

They produce great results. We're looking forward to implementing more of the new systems and seeing even better results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We're not experts on this, but we can tell that it's been well worth the investment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The trust is usually the hardest part when you start working with a new vendor. It was less of a challenge for us because all of their recommendations were very logical and understandable. We trusted their system and the project was a success. My advice would be to trust their analysis and allow them to implement their plan. Then, you'll know whether it works or it doesn't.
