The inital project went well over the estimated timeframe. I think the build was far more complicated than initially thought. However, when we had to put he website live (because the other we had at the time was hacked), Soap Media were able to get the site live and to a level where orders can be placed/it could be used by customers, within a few weeks. Each mini-project with them since (smaller add-ons, new features to the same website) have been delivered on time.

As the project evolved, Paige also brought in subject-matter experts from across the agency to support with specific areas, ensuring we always had the right people involved at the right time.
