SOAP were tasked with increasing our inbound lead volume from digital activities for the UK, US and Spain, as well as improving our SEO programmes/ content programmes and CRM capabilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are really pleased with the outcomes SOAP have delivered. 2023 saw us generate more leads from digital in our key territories than ever before at a lower CPL.

I have never experienced any issues with the team at SOAP regarding project delivery and they regularly go above and beyond their SLA in regards to meeting our needs.
