Still, they were willing to work with us and communicated outside their normal office hours. Despite Clay’s efforts, working with remote teams can be difficult. We communicated clearly and they had an intuitive understanding of our goals. They felt like members of our team.

One thing that I want to emphasize is their level of expertise. There’s a lot of comfort, at least with me, in knowing that they know what they’re doing. In almost 6 months the agency delivered around 150 components (inc. updates on existing ones) and brought the whole project completion from 50% to 96%, which exceeded the business expectations. They were very efficient and trustworthy. With an engineer working on the project being based in Kiev during the Russian invasion, it has been a challenging period for Focus Reactive, but even in these dire circumstances - they unexpectedly carried on the work and we went through this period incredibly smoothly.
