Every aspect of working with League Design Agency exceeded expectations by far. We cannot imagine an agency who could be better. If that was not enough, we had a very difficult web design project--to create a website that would attract people to become curious about opera, and to engage with the website; also they created a design for a 'virtual opera house' to give people experience of being in the opera, a design for getting information about opera and donating to support our work. There were many more designs for our complex website. Another impressive thing was their thoroughness and their innovation. Although we had some ideas of what the site would look like, they first researched all websites that are similar to what we were doing, they came up with a concept in terms of colors, fonts, etc., to generate an emotion in people to attract them to stay on the website, and amazing functionality that met all of our needs. We have a Trello board set up, and we create tickets for them in their incoming task list. Our main contact then assigns tasks to the designers on their team. We also communicate regularly via phone or Skype about anything outside the brief or anything that is unclear. In general, their project management and availability are major strengths. Any time I had a question about anything, they were really good at simply explaining it. Weberous’ whole team was very good at offering explanations about the decisions they made. This is a big reason I would recommend them to other people. Other groups I talked with before would try to upsell me. But, Weberous came in with the cleanest method of working. For example, they would give me suggestions about why we shouldn’t implement certain ideas because it would cost me an arm and a leg.

Moreover, those processes are not about them, and they're able to execute well and work with key team members to great results — that's where I've seen them shine. They're incredibly patient and will participate in process-related interactions, but my recommendation would be for senior leaders to let ANML, INC do their thing. Trust that they'll do great work.
