They also completed a full SWOT analysis of our industry and region and created an SEO plan that included location-based landing pages and lifestyle content. In addition, they set up HubSpot for our company and built a custom API that pulls in orders and quotes to use in deal pipelines, with automations for both customers and staff. In a second phase, they developed a new order management system using HubSpot custom objects. This system connects properties, vendors, and staff, and has helped cut down our order management time by 60%.

They are good communicators and not afraid to pick up the phone to clarify questions or feedback
