Even though the entire experience was outstanding, there was one small thing that could have been done better.  Early on, particularly with regard to the integration process, the schedule for some deliverables could have been more precisely defined in terms of phases.  This would have made it possible for us to more efficiently schedule our internal processes around these benchmarks.  This was promptly resolved, though, and the project's overall success was unaffected by the delay.
