We needed to create a new website for our brand.

Sigma Software Design handled the full redesign and rebuild of our new website. They helped plan the site structure, created the UI/UX and all visual designs, and then developed the site with a clean, responsive layout and CMS so we could easily manage content. They took care of performance, SEO foundations, testing across devices, and supported us through launch. After going live, they provided updates and guidance to ensure everything continued running smoothly.Sigma Software Design delivered all the key sections and features of the new website, including the main landing page, product and solution pages, clients page, blog/news area, and contact and lead-capture forms. They also implemented the CMS. We provided the content.

The updated look and structure made our value proposition much clearer, improved how users navigated the site, and significantly increased engagement on key pages. We also saw better time-on-page, lower bounce rates, and a noticeable improvement in how our brand was perceived during sales conversations. Overall, the new design gave us a more modern, trustworthy, and conversion-focused website experience.We saw a clear lift in performance right after the new website went live. On the launch date, we saw a noticeable spike in traffic and engagement across the site. Overall, average time-on-page increased by roughly 15–20%, bounce rates dropped by about 10–15%, and interaction with our core product pages improved.We received positive feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders. People felt the new website looked much more modern, clearer in its messaging, and easier to navigate. Internally, the team appreciated how well the design reflected our brand. Overall, the feedback reinforced that the redesign was a strong step forward.

Sigma Software Design is very focused on keeping the client happy, which is great, but sometimes that means stepping back from more innovative directions. It would help if they backed up their creative recommendations with clearer reasoning. For example, showing the data behind why a certain layout, flow, or design choice typically performs better or referencing best practices like higher conversion rates (10–20%) from clearer CTAs or improved visual hierarchy. Having that kind of explanation and industry context would make it easier for us to trust and move forward with their creative vision.

We hired Sigma for a rolling scope to build out the wordpress side of our website. In particular, Sigma built us:

• A new responsive homepage, menu system, and info pages
• A detailed "Find a Credit Union" tool with options to bulk upload and refresh data, and to manually add additional details
• A blog with integrated card offers
• Other personal finance focused tools
• Integrations with out web application that allow a user to convert over to a credit card

We handled UI/UX design for this project in house, and Sigma was responsible for the building, deploying, and maintaining the site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sigma grew our web presence from a new brand from nothing, to thousands of indexed pages on google. They delivered consistently high quality work that has impressed our clients.

Sigma is great to work with. They manage their work transparently on a Jira board so it is easy to see where work is at. We have a consistent weekly meeting where we review and deploy work, and discuss new scopes. They are also very responsive over Slack between meetings.

Pavlo and Anton both consistently anticipate our needs, suggesting new areas to improve our site's SEO and UI/UX which is much appreciated.

The team are based in a different timezone to us, which would normally be challenging. In our case, we've found that communicating via Slack is very effective and weekly meetings are helpful to discuss active projects in more detail where closer collaboration is required, so this hasn't been an issue.

Having establish a new company, we required a new website to be designed from the ground up with a difference compared to other industry websites.

Scope of work

Wireframe, design, 3d model creation, map integration, google business, product pages, contact pages, user journey, branding and cms platform.

Deliverables essentially a fully functioning website reflecting the above with ongoing support.

Weekly meetings

SIGMA team ability to understand our brief from the first meeting and capability of implementing it in terms of deisgn/UX with the need of very minor adjustments.

All requirements, updates, concerns were and are promptly replied to. Over the months, we truely have not had any issue whatso ever.

Their speed and quality of implementing requirements stood out.

On a customer service level, the time and energy put in by the team to explain and making sure the client is comforatble and satisfied.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sigma Software Design could have done differently?

The contract terms and conditions is something management must review... the structure of SIGMA contracts can be an obstacle and reason clients may hesitate to sign resulting in potential lost business. This concern for the benefit of SIGMA has been communicated to its managment.
