Once work agreed upon, Software Pro established base filestore environment, and open Skype communication channels with all of allotted team members. On weekly-ish basis had open communications with development lead, and over full time of development had several milestone meetings with project management and architect. Note: regarding timeliness, responded promptly to any inquiries and were easily available for video meetings when applicable.

The consultant providing the training complimented the new website and said that it was fabulous and easy to navigate. We now have a multitude of ways to help you find someone on our site—through their area of practice, where they went to law school, or some other information. It’s much more functional, which was recognized by this outside consultant. Internally, people are now excited about getting their work on the homepage. Before, it was pulling teeth to get a lawyer to tell me about a case or write something up. Now, I get emails from their legal assistants telling me they’d like to meet with me, and that’s great. Your internal audience is everything.
