Selecting the new name is very difficult because the meaning of the name intersects with website address availability plus recognizability, easy spelling, etc.  MB knocked it out of the park in coming up wtih a new name for our firm that checks every box we had.

The website development was key to reinforcing the identify of the firm while also communicating enough detail so current and potential clients can understand how our firm is different from so many others operating in this space.  Their suggested titling of pages, selection of color pallet, and help in editing content was invaluable toward this end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completion of the name change; rollout of new website; announcements to the public regarding new name and website.

Timeliness was excellent.  There was a lot of back and forth needed to make these high level and longterm deicisions.  MB was on point, on task and timely with feedback and setting necessary meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For a smaller company, their level of expertise and grasp of the intangilbles related to our unique firm identity was a pleasant surprise.  They went beyond our expecation in understanding what kind of look, feel and communication best fit the identify of our firm.  I didn't expect a firm of their size to be able to do that so effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MasonBaronet could have done differently?

Not really!  No aspect of our engagement with MB was lacking from our perspective.
