• creating events and tasks related to leads & opportunities
• automating the probabilities of the revenue they are expecting
• implementation of the Security Model
• managing the related Google Docs with the respective gained businesses
• logging the call summaries and analytics of the success we achieved through their business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The solution proved to be a capacity multiplier for the team. They are now able to handle more work with better coordination. 
• Better visibility for each opportunity. From lead to qualified lead to opportunity, it’s now easier to funnel and find out at what stage the leads are.
• For an opportunity at every stage, the team can add probability and project cashflows at any given stage helping in monthly, quarterly, etc forecasting. 
• Team is able to make better use of the data to make informed business decisions, like investing in new resources, etc. 
• The solution provided increased processing efficiency and improved customer engagement.

They also helped us develop dynamic reporting capabilities to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Lastly, Cymetrix helped us create multiple extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines for seamless data flow and integration.

1. Data Extraction: Cymetrix used Fivertran to make data calls and extract data from various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website analytics. 
2. Data Transformation: They employed DBT to clean, manipulate, and transform the raw data into a structured format.
3. Data Lake and Model Building: Cymetrix’s team was able to establish a data lake using Big Query, a scalable and cost-effective data warehouse. 
4. Dynamic Reporting: Looker was integrated to provide dynamic reporting capabilities. Over 20+ interactive dashboards were developed using Looker. These dashboards empowered our marketing team to track key metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions in real-time. 
5. ETL Data Pipelines: Multiple ETL pipelines were established, ensuring the seamless flow of marketing data across the system using Talend.
