We needed a full e-commerce platform with metrics, online ordering, custom fields and graphics. We wanted the site to be professional but give a new experience to catering.

His work spoke for itself with e-commerce platforms and did it with integrity.

Our first meeting was about the flow of the site, sections to add potential graphics, bios, and packages. Then he created a frame for it and we edited how the images would appear, colors and important story changes. He really took what I had in my head and made a masterpiece.

If you need any web development hire him. We have no issues and people have commented on how good the site is. He even watches for any cyber issues and is readily available at any time.

For a small business, they had an enterprise-level feel.

Searched online for a while, but was eventually referred by a Business Advisor who had previously used this company.

Included creating a Barbering Web Page; with tangibles provided by consumer. Deliverables included variety a variety of media to be incorporated on the Website.

When the website came online, I saw instant results. Clients begin to interact with the website by looking at all the media that was displayed, and the different categories on the site. It generated 80% of new clientele after they had viewed the pages and were able to contact me through the website.

Communicated diligently through computer and phone, and used multiple Zoom meetings from project start to finish.

The personal interaction with the Designer was key. They communicated efficiently and meetings were planned around my schedule.

So far I was very satisfied with the Designer and all of the services provided.

We looked for designers who had years of experience in building staffing websites. Connect Media wasn't on our radar, but was highly recommended by a number of people. We met, went over our needs, and could quickly see that this was the right partner.

After a series of demos and discovery calls, we received a mock-up of the proposed site. I am sure this was a challenging project for Connect Media because we asked them to make the impossible happen at each stage of this process, and they delivered!

Our team worked with three resources from this vendor ranging from the CEO to creative writers assisting with some of the written content.

Our website has been completed and launched. We are already seeing an increase in traffic.

The team is easy to communicate with. The lines of communication remain open even during downtimes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge this company had around data analytics, internal/external user experience, and optimization. We appreciate how patient each member of the team was as we navigated multiple changes trying to build the perfect playground for our clients and candidates.

There is not a single thing that we would change about this experience!

Ww hired Connect Media Agency to run an SEO audit and competitive gap analysis, and provide recommendations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were in contact for another project, and Jay identified SEO issues that we were unaware of, which was extremely helpful, so we decided to expand the project. He did this unprompted which showed real initiative on his part.
