I am the Product Director for EnRoute Software, a product of SAi Software based our of Salt Lake City, UT. SAi is also the parent company of Flexi software, with over 1 million Flexi licenses issues. Our existing website had a lot of good content, but was not getting good search engine results based on testing we had done. So we reached out to the Brandsmen.

What were your goals for this project?

To raise the profile of EnRoute Software when people were doing searches for CAD CAM Software and related terms. And to have better search results when a search was done for our software product EnRoute.

How did you select this vendor?

The Brandsmen were recommended by a former employee who was still doing some consulting work for programming.

Describe the project in detail.

The project was for them to evaluate our existing website and improve that and then to help create an entirely new website to help improve SEO results. They provided reports to document improvement with regard to various metrics. There was also a new product release that occurred and The Brandsmen helped to create both website content/pages and related marketing documents for the new version of EnRoute. And, finallly, The Brandsmen did our social media posting and helped to build the product community.

What was the team composition?

Both myself and our Sales Director had direct communication with Alex and Adam to help make decisions. And they had direct access to make changes as needed and worked with our website hosting and management contractor to make changes to the site.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a number of companies that we asked to evaluate our situation and we liked a few of them, but The Brandsmen's were able to provide a very good road map for how to make improvements to the site. A plan was created and the element of the plan were implemented. Our page hits raised considerably during this time and the leads that were being generated from the website grew considerably, as did our search engine results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a very good work flow when it came to working with Adam and Alex. They were able to learn our system and help directly make changes to our site. And they were able to take concepts that we discussed and turn them info final projects. And I would say that working together we produced some very nice pages that had a lot of traffic as well as good marketing materials. And their graphic design work was very nice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to explain to someone that had no previous experience with SEO why our results were not good and what we needed to do to improve them in a way that gave me a lot of confidence they were the right team for the job. They were willing to help fill in areas wherever we had a need. When it came to page design and related marketing materials, they were a big help to our marketing efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not have any areas where i feel that i was unsatisfied and would feel the need to offer suggested improvements. We were happy with their work and results, and continue to use their services today.

We wanted to improve key word identification in web searches and improve, create a more robust website, and improve our google, yelp, and apartments.com ranking so we presented well on social media.

A business partner referred us to Alex. We interviewed a few different firms but found the price and flexibility with Brandsmen to be the best fit for us.

Terms were very reasonable and they were comfortable working within our budget and timelines. I liked their responsiveness and attention to detail during the process and they have continued to deliver. Two staff members and I made the hiring decision.

We started off with an employee managing our Facebook page and similar online profiles and the only thing I'd see when typing Urban Phenix into the google search was negative reviews if it even came up on the first page. It originally took several clicks for a prospect (tenant) to do what we wanted them to do - click the Lease Now button.

The Brandsmen did a full analysis of our website and social media space and came up with a plan. We discussed the proposed marketing strategies (pricing and scope options) to help us become relevant and sustain a positive web presence.

We provided them with our vision, some differentiators, and photos and worked closely with them to review each page before it went live.

We have always worked directly with Alex or Adam, Founding Partners. Alex is our primary contact but Adam is always up to speed if Alex is unavailable.

After the first month, we saw nearly a 15% in organic traffic based on reports The Brandsmen provided us. It has clearly grown since then.

We onboarded and offloaded several properties they have been involved with so aside from measuring traffic patterns, there has been tremendous value in having a reliable partner managing this side of the business - social media, SEO, and building/maintaining websites for us.

What were your goals for this project?

As owners of Innovative Mechanical Solutions, Inc. we feel we need to have an online presence, not for marketing our company outright but, in order to provide some background into our company's structure and type of work we do for general contractor's interested in utilizing our services as well as potential service work we receive by referral. We reached out to Adam at The Brandsmen for some assistance in developing a website that would give us an online presence.

Adam of The Brandsmen came highly recommended by a software consultant I was working with.

Describe the project in detail.

Initially the project began as starting an online presence. Over time, it has evolved into adding features to allow some interaction with potential customers or employees. We added an online application feature to try and speed up the hiring process by allowing us to review a candidate's application prior to scheduling an interview. The ongoing piece of this project is that The Brandsmen keep our website up to date and functioning the way we intend it to, providing insight as to when and how we might better achieve our goals when technological tools become outdated.

What was the team composition?

Adam Scheid is an excellent resource that I worked with from the Brandsmen. He and I worked together to design a page that met the company's intent for an online presence.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been very grateful to find a valuable resource in The Brandsmen. They have been very instrumental in helping me maintain a budget while providing a service that is very important to our company, providing an online presence. We are able to generate a reasonable amount of online traffic from potential employees to potential general contractors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found working with Adam to be a efficient and prompt turn around. We mostly communicated via email with a few telephone calls to iron out details. His response time has always been wonderful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I feel that The Brandsmen provide excellent customer service and quality work. I am extremely grateful that they have always helped me work in getting the product our company needs to be effective as a business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I really feel that The Brandsmen have a great team! They communicate well and are efficient with their time. I don't think anyone else could have given me the kind of customer service they did without adding too many bells and whistles or dollars to the project's budget. They are the real deal!

We were looking to do a major overhaul of our existing company website and social media presence. Our first need what to have the Brandsmen assess our existing online assets (website and socials) to understand what has been working and what hasn't in regards to searchability and exposure. The develop a step-by-step strategy to optimize these prior to redesign. Our plan will be to have the Brandsmen monitor the online improvements for their success.

The goals for this project was to have a better optimized and positioned website and social media presence to attract attention and followers.

We were recommended the Brandsmen by a event production company collaborator of ours.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The Brandsmen conducted an SEO Site Audit and Analysis of our existing online assets. This included a strategy audit, keyword research related to our business, blog analysis, social analysis, website technical checks, and overall takeaways. Following this audit, they walked us through their findings and recommendations in detail so that we can implement the improvements with our own marketing team.

We worked directly with Alex who conducted the analysis and provided the feedback and recommendations

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a very solid understanding now of what has and hasn't worked with our digital marketing in the past. And we now have a very solid and constructive roadmap for where we are needing to improve. As the website overhaul process will require some time for rollout, we will involve the Brandsmen in assessing the success of the outcomes.

Very efficient and productive. The engaged scope of work was delivered on time and the communication has been outstanding

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team is very professional and knowledgable. Their communication, presentation of assessments, and explanation of the strategy for improvements were impressive. The audit and takeaways took concepts that are vague or foreign to us and made them understandable and approachable. And quick response time for questions.

The goals were to improve the look and flow of the website but more importantly improve our google ranking and effectiveness of our google ad spend. Alex did a great job managing our expectations, explaining what needed to be done and executing.

A colleague knew Alex and recommended him. Then we also read reviews on this website which proved to be very accurate and helpful.

I have worked with/talk to other SEO firms and they seem to be very hands off and you don't really have any idea what they are doing! The Brandsmen provides clear goals/targets that we want to reach. They determined what pages of the website needed to be improved, deleted, or fixed. They changes/improved the key words for google ad words. They also updated all of the back end aspects of our website to improve its rank.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Alex. We spoke a few times in the beginning to go over the the process and then he executed. Alex and his team did a great job!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now ranking much higher and for the same $$ amount we are getting more leads/clients. They improved our website, made our marketing spend more efficient and improved our ranking in google.

I had a few meeting with Alex here and there then they worked on everything. Work flow was clear and easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was a little unsure if they could take on our project because they are a boutique agency. They by far exceeded expectations. Alex and his team know what they are doing and followed through with what they said they wanted to accomplish.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our tasks/goals were quite clear and the Brandsmen completed them. We are very happy with the work they did!
