Rick personally met with us to keep us in the loop, obtain feedback and discuss next steps on the project. There was a staffing change during our project but the transition did not cause us to miss our launch day. We really appreciated that key team members met with us in person often. The team kept the communication lines open throughout the entire process. Everyone made themselves available, even while Rick was on vacation, and took exceptional care of us.
