  The custom backend solution drastically reduced the time it takes our team to update products and manage content—what previously required multiple workarounds is now built directly into the admin flow.
• On-Time MVP Launch:
  We launched phase one on schedule, which allowed us to align the website debut with our broader marketing calendar and internal milestones.
• Scalable Infrastructure:
  The site was built with future phases in mind. Because of the modular backend and adherence to platform best practices, we’ve already been able to layer in post-launch updates without needing to rework foundational elements.
• Platform Efficiency:
  By staying within WordPress and WooCommerce (versus going fully custom), we maintained control over our CMS and ecommerce tools, saving on long-term development and maintenance costs.

Project with Code ecompassed a comprehensive approach for our website development which included in-depth discover, conducting competition and brand research alongside stakeholder interviews. The UX phase included creating a detailed site map and wireframes, following three rounds of creative review which included in-house copywriting.

Code18 then developed a custome wordpress theme, ensuring proper QA through their internal processes. The project was rounded out with content optimizations in partnership with our media agency with seamless project management throughout. The result was a polished, high-performing website that exceeded our expectations.

• Increased web traffic: after the SEO optimizations we saw a 40% increase in organic traffic.

Code18 is the only agency I maintained for all 7 years of my tenure at the company (and hired them at my next company). They are professional, deliver timely work, and give extremely fair and affordable rates to do it. They were excellent partners to brainstorm with, and were well liked amongst our team.

They built many microsites, new web designs for our main website, and helped us with a fresh website to launch a new brand. They ended up getting hired by our new parent company when we were acquired to manage their websites too. I highly recommend them for your web needs.
