Moreover, Naveed understood the project very fast, as he asked great questions during the interviews and quickly understood what our clients and we wanted to do. What impressed me the most was Usman Group's ability to source the right feedback from our users. One of the main reasons we hired an external company is that we were having a hard time surveying our users and getting actionable feedback. I have a lot of trust in them to finish what they say they’ll finish. Part of that comes from their ability to identify problems early and know what the pain points will be before they show up. They’re extremely accommodating, but they tell me if something I’m asking for will push the timeline, which is so much better than promising me everything and then not delivering in the end.
