We needed a complete reconceptualization and rebuild of our school and church websites. They needed to be more dynamic, appealing, and user-friendly.

Windy City Web Solutions managed every step of the development of new websites for our church and school. Daniel (Owner) has written copy, developed the format and layout, helped maximize SEO, selected images/graphics, and more. The team has also provided ongoing maintenance, site updates, and hosting.

We needed Windy City Web Solutions to build a new website that served as a general homepage for our wholesale business. The site also needed to include a page for our trial garden data that we could update throughout the season.

Windy City Web Solutions designed our website. The team also built contact forms that automatically added contacts to our mailing list. Additionally, Windy City Web Solutions created a page for our blog posts and a page that displayed our trial garden data and pictures, which we can update throughout the season using a simple form.

What were the measurable outcomes from your project with Windy City Web Solutions that showed progress or success for Green Legacy?

Our new website has only been live for a week, but we've already had contact form submissions. For the trial garden data aspect, Daniel made it so we could enter ratings and pictures using a simple form, which would allow us to enter ratings as we take them in the garden. This will definitely improve our data collection process.

How would you describe Windy City Web Solutions's project management? Did they deliver on time?

Windy City Web Solutions worked hard, even through weekends, to get our site published as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about working with Windy City Web Solutions on your trial garden or greenhouse project?

Windy City Web Solutions had a more personal approach, as I spoke with Daniel directly about what we wanted. He was always flexible with our changes, and when he couldn't make something work exactly like we wanted it to, he made sure to explain the reasoning.

I can't think of anything for Windy City Web Solutions to improve.

The project included designing a new website layout and design, as well as migrating existing Squarespace website content into the new WordPress format. The project also included logo design, basic SEO optimization, and ongoing website support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered months in advance of the proposed schedule. Over 100 webpages were successfully migrated over into the new website format. I was extremely pleased with the look and design of the overall website.

Daniel was a superb communicator throughout the entire process -- I was never left wondering where things stood or what he was currently working on. He responded almost instantly to any question or request I had. The overall project was finished months in advance of the proposed schedule. It was a perfect, hassle-free process -- I couldn't have asked for anything better!

No -- I literally can't imagine the project going any better than it did!
