The Collective's vision and expertise, how organized they were and stayed on track. They were honest in their communication and kept the project moving along in a timely fashion. They were fun to work with. They took my ideas and turned them into impressive web designs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Collective42 could have done differently?

They were on point. Perhaps an in person meeting as a Meet & Greet. But all the Google Meet calls were great and easy to navigate. The calls were timed well and they were flexible when my schedule changed. They made it easy.

The new website works flawlessly on mobile and desktop, and communication was constant and productive. Ricardo, Steve, and the team were easily available, and work was done seamlessly and quickly. They seemed to intuitively know what our needs were, and our personalities aligned.

Collective42 handled the entire website migration, from design to data transfer to launch and backend SEO. They basically matched the existing design of the entire website, which was over 500 pages, including the blog.

We measured the project's success by website traffic and lead volume from SEO, which remained steady, as expected. We wanted a steady state from the current site, so not seeing a drop in traffic was critical.

They delivered on time and on budget. They were great with communication, using both Basecamp and email updates. This was a great part of working with Collective42.

Ricardo and Steve (Co-Founders) were a great pair to work with. They had an easy scoping process at the beginning, had the expertise to recommend what we should be thinking about, and told us the timeline that they stuck to all the way through the launch. It was a great experience throughout. We even kept them on after the project to be our web development manager.
