At Project O2, we’re revolutionizing reforestation with cutting-edge drone technology. Our approach speeds up the planting process by three to five times compared to traditional methods, making a significant impact on preserving natural resources and combating climate change. Central to our innovation are our "SeedBombs"—specialized seed balls that are dispersed by drones using a custom-designed "seed launcher." These SeedBombs contain a carefully selected mix of seed species that mimic the natural succession of the land we are reforesting. This approach ensures resilient and biodiverse forests able to adapt to increasing climate extremes and anomalies —unlike the monoculture practices widely used in Europe. Engineered to survive a drop from 10-30 meters, our SeedBombs also contain natural repellents to keep wildlife at bay. Once the first rains arrive, the seeds inside start to sprout. Key deliverables included: 1. A custom AI plugin that serves as the core engine for our outbound workflow. While the system has not yet been fully deployed, the project has already delivered clear, measurable value: Time savings: The AI plugin automates what would otherwise be a manual process of researching each prospect individually across LinkedIn and Google, qualifying them, and writing personalized outreach emails. What would take 15–20 minutes per prospect manually is now handled in seconds by a single command. Cost efficiency: By replacing the need for a dedicated SDR or outreach specialist to handle research, qualification, and first-touch email writing, the solution dramatically reduces the cost of scaling our outbound efforts — critical for an early-stage startup with limited resources. Optimal use of AI technology: The solution leverages the latest AI capabilities (Claude, Apollo enrichment, automated workflows) in a practical, production-ready architecture. Rather than cobbling together manual workarounds, Workspace delivered a system that represents best-in-class use of newly available AI tools for B2B sales automation. Scalability: The system is designed to handle outreach to thousands of sports organizations — our target list includes 9,000+ contacts — which would be impossible to approach with the same level of personalization through manual effort alone. Ivan came prepared with a working plugin before our first call and went above and beyond to support us. Smart, practical, and genuinely invested in our success. Highly recommended.

The platform is now ready to scale marketing and sales with a conversion focused booking experience in place.

If anything, the only improvement would be on our side, locking certain inputs slightly earlier would reduce last-minute iterations.
