We looked to partner and consult on our path forward as we sought to overhaul both the front-end of our site and bring it up to speed for modern standards in UX/UI as well as content, buyers journey and improved CRO. Filter also assisted in the backend mapping of our site so that once the project was completed we would have a lighter and simultaneously more capable and robust development ecosystem for repeated and optimal results .

As we have begun finishing phase 1 of our project, we have seen improved search rank, increased page conversions and a reduction in bounce rates. We believe after phase two is complete we will see further growth in key areas of our wite, with reductions in other metrics as we move towards our most optimal build based on our roadmap.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ultimately, a fully optimised website delivered exactly when they said it would be - which I've never encountered before! No website goes live on time! All key deliverables we delivered in a timely and consultative manner. This made each step a gradual part of the overall website project a success.

Project management has been second-to-none. Allie has chased me and other stakeholders when needed and been responsive, friendly, and accommodating when I had requests of them. Everything delivered on time and the team made us feel like they genuinely enjoyed working with us and on the project itself. Whether that's true or not, that's how we were made to feel and that's excellent customer service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's a tired cliche, but: the people. Everyone I have spoken to at Filter is amiable, communicative, and knowledgeable. They were always honest - saying if they didn't have an immediate answer, rather than bluffing their way through one - and diligent - making every effort to ensure the work was executed to the highest standard and that communication was clear and consistent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Filter could have done differently?

I would have benefited from greater tuition from their team to complete various tasks in the site's backend. If the UAT and onboarding had been covered in greater detail in the initial scope of work, I could have identified aspects that I felt needed more or less attention. That said, the tuition/onboarding I did receive was satisfactory if not quite all-encompassing.

Bright is the company behind two successful Digital Asset Management solutions, Asset Bank and Dash. These SaaS products each have their own brand and website. Because of this our company website, for Bright, we looking a bit out-of-date. We wanted to launch a new website to better reflect Bright as a community-oriented, socially-responsible company that builds SaaS products.

We did the visual design ourselves but wanted to outsource the build of the new site to an agency specialising in building websites in an easy-to-use CMS like WordPress.

Everyone we met from Filter was clearly very experienced and knew everything about building and launching a website in WordPress.

In the initial stages of the project Filter explained the process and helped us with all aspects of it, including discussing the design and layout with our designer and recommending an excellent copywriter.

They produced a very clear specification for the work to be done, and a project plan.

The site was delivered to us for testing on time and with very few defects. We were very impressed with the quality of what they built.

It is a multi-agency project where we created detailed audience profiles, which has informed the design and build. Filter completed the UX/UI designs for the website, and they are now building this and implementing our SEO best-practice recommendations. The website will launch in March.

The website will launch in a few weeks, but the project has been successful in terms of all milestones, and deadlines have been met. The success of the website will be measured by the volume of leads.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Filter's work drove patient engagement, trust, and an increase in conversions. The website had a responsive design that worked mobile-first, allowing a smooth booking experience on both mobile and desktop devices. The clinic profile pages also had better visibility. Since the launch of the new website, monthly conversions for online booking, online contact forms, and phone calls to clinics increased by 74%.
