The company puts an emphasis on hiring truly professional sales people with long-term track records who know business. Most places hire inexperienced people with little business or sales backgrounds. They try to focus on flashy technology, but that's not what drives sales. Having people that are personable, emotionally intelligent, and consistent is what works in my experience, and that's what JMS has.
