When we’ve needed to adjust messaging, refine qualification criteria, or pivot strategy, they’ve been quick to adapt and incorporate those changes. Their responsiveness and willingness to collaborate have made it feel like a true partnership. Not just a vendor relationship.

What stood out most about Abstrakt is how much they function as a true extension of our team rather than a generic outsourced service. From the beginning, Sarah has been the driving force in making that happen. She took the time to really understand our brand voice, industry, and goals, and tailored their approach instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all script.

Her ability to balance structure with flexibility is especially impressive. She provides the consistency of a proven system while collaborating closely with us to refine messaging, qualification standards, and long-term strategy. That combination of process, responsiveness, and true partnership is unique — and Sarah is the key reason we’ve seen such a measurable impact on our pipeline.

The main challenge wasn’t really with Abstrakt, but with how the program was set up before I stepped in. Prior to me taking over the project, there wasn’t much of a true partnership, so Abstrakt was doing the best they could with the direction they had.

Once I began working directly with Sarah and her team, everything took off. We established a real partnership, refined the messaging and qualification standards, and aligned on strategy. From that point forward, the results and collaboration have been excellent.

Abstrakt Marketing Group helps us with client prospecting. They qualify meetings by calling and vetting out who the decision-makers are relative to the services we provide. After they get confirmation of the meeting, they send me a meeting planner, and we schedule the call.

We found them through a Google search. We chose them because they had a back-office support infrastructure that allowed us to look at analytics and analyze the effectiveness of what we were trying to get across. Additionally, they had the ability to validate and confirm their process and make changes as the process went along, using a client-centric approach.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

On average, we have 4–5 calls a month, and our lead generation has increased dramatically. Like in everything else, we've had unforeseen fluctuations, but for the most part, Abstrakt Marketing Group has been able to stay on task and accomplish what they've promised.

How did Abstrakt Marketing Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Abstrakt Marketing Group has delivered on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. They use Salesforce, which is very good. We also communicate via email, text, and telephone.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Frank Green and Cole Wegmann have done an outstanding job for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re highly qualified and understand the industry. The individuals assigned to us are able to pivot from one direction to another based on the questions being asked from the prospective customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do a much better job reporting on the phone calls they make than on the emails they send. If they could do the same with their email communication, it would really help. Still, this is not an exact science, and their team's ability to be consistent while relying on reciprocal maintenance from the customers overshadows any improvement needed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There’s a lot of pre-work that needs to be done. You have to have a sales strategy and segment the market. You can’t just go to Abstrakt Marketing Group and say, “Go ahead and make calls and get me sales.” You have to come up with a market segmentation that is very succinct and focused on your target audience. They want to be a strategic partner.

I will say I have an account manager who really cares and a team of SDR's that I think also really try. Definitely get involved with the process and your SDR's to make them excited about your business. Cold calling is a difficult task, and I'm hoping this continues and it will be long term.

Consistency in meeting monthly qualifiers with number of appointments set for sales team. Over $2 million is total revenue from clients that have been brought on board.

Abstrakt has always been very responsive to my requests. They've been consistent in monthly report meetings where deliverables are discussed, and adjustments are made as needed. We have fantastic communication through email, text, and phone that works in both directions when questions arise. Very responsive to my needs.

They have great energy. They have a system to make the calls and deliver the results. They are focused on follow up and the customer experience...having the desire for a long term partnership.

Honestly, when there have been course corrections that needed to be made in the way calls were delivered and such, Abstrakt was very responsive and took my requests seriously and made the needed changes.

Abstrakt Marketing Group has been helping us remotely with our social media content and lead generation through cold calling. For the cold calling, they create the script and the leads list based on the information we give them and the research they do. Abstrakt Marketing Group’s team also records the conversations so we can listen to them and give our feedback to ensure that they’re hitting the right targets.

In addition, they’ve done web design for us to ensure that all of our marketing materials looked the same and portrayed the same message.

Thinking about using Abstrakt Marketing Group for your outbound marketing? I'd think again. Here's why... I attempted to use Abstrakt for some outbound marketing but they were unable to fulfill their contractual obligation to us. We are a cybersecurity company and it turns out, they can't even say the word "cybersecurity" on their calls, which is a huge problem for us. We had just started our onboarding and were only about 2 weeks in when we discovered this.

Tried to work with them on using some "alternate language" but we were unable to get something viable working and so asked for a refund of the $3,750 we spent for nothing and cancellation. They so far have NOT refunded our money and their demeanor changed drastically once we ran into an issue and I started asking for a refund. My sales rep Yoonjae has been less than helpful in getting this resolved.

Very disappointed in Abstrakt and it's apparent that their true colors come out when there is an issue and they care more about a few thousand dollars than in doing the right thing and issuing a refund since no actual services were performed. I would look elsewhere if you are thinking about outsourcing your outbound marketing and avoid Abstrakt as a company. how you do anything is how you do everything. no thanks.

Per the contractual agreement they were supposed to deliver the following in a 12 month period:

-2 qualified sales leads/appointments per month (24 annually)

-After the 12 month period, if they did not generate the guaranteed number of leads they are to work for no fee until they meet their obligation

After falling behind on their agreement only a few months in, we were assigned a new "partner success manager". We were supposed to have monthly updates so that they could tell us their plan to fulfill their obligation. That did not happen. More excuses were made. At the 12 mont mark we were put on "free status" until they fulfilled thier agreement. It has been over 5 months and no updates or new leads have been generated
