Abstrakt Marketing Group does cold calls for us based on a vast database. Everything is tracked, recorded, and easy to review. The team genuinely cares about feedback and using it to improve results. The outbound calling side of things is something we’d never be able to manage in-house at this level. They bring insights and structure that most small teams don’t have.

Abstrakt Marketing Group also provides marketing deliverables each month. They create content on any topic we choose based on the services we offer.

What is the team composition?

We usually have one person who does our monthly meetings and check-ins for the sales side. I also communicate with another person for the marketing side. However, a whole team works on these things for us behind the scenes.

Abstrakt Marketing Group always delivers on time. We communicate via email and have monthly Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication and action points when we give feedback are impressive. There’s a ton of opportunity for feedback, and they encourage us to use it. They really personalize everything to us. I also love that they send out emails with their nurture program.

Are there any areas they could improve?

With the marketing side I still sometimes have to make a lot of basic edits to deliverables. The sales side works so closely with us that they know a lot about what we do, but the marketing side sometimes gets basic things incorrect that I feel like they should know after a 5 year partnership.

We have been through a few project managers over the past couple of years. Our current project manager is doing a good job keeping us on track. We can get distracted and delay projects, but they do a good job reminding us of our deadlines while respecting our workload.

Employees moving positions can be disruptive to clients, but it's understandable that they want to move up in the company. It just comes with the territory.
