RIght now we just needed assistance with posting content a few times a week for our clients. We aim to move toward other aspects such as ad creation/management, but we are not quite there yet. We are primarily focused on having our VA learn the language of the business and how we want to represent our clients via posts / ad copy / etc.

It is taking some time to train our virtual assistant, but I think that is typical for anyone starting in a new position. So far, it has been great, and we are starting to get into a flow that is very helpful. We are pretty on the same page at this point in time & our assistant has given some good ideas to enhance productivity.

I think it's a great company for anyone who needs assistance with their day to day tasks that are on the side of being time consuming. Things that are still of value, but by hiring this company for their services, we can free up time for the tasks that are more important in our daily schedule.

Nothing really, we have fairly straightforward tasks at hand, so it was a good fit. I'm not sure how in depth other assistants may be. I'm sure they have VAs with plenty of certifications and skillsets.

The punctual attainment of assigned duties. The attainment of the delegated tasks in a timely fashion and the overall willingness of my VA to get the tasks done. I have a "Todo" list that documents fairly detailed tasks that are to be completed. This spreadsheet clearly identifies what has and has not been finalized. This is also used as a measurable outcome.

No overall, the company (and the candidate) is doing well. I am pleasantly satisfied with Remote CoWorker and Mayra (the VA).

We first came across them through a general Google search. We chose them because they had people readily available, including the person we hired. He had previous experience working in the same role for a local competitor.

We’ve been working with them since November 2023.

We have another two teammates doing the same role. We track how many tasks they complete at the end of the month, and Remote CoWorker’s employee is in line with the other two. He performs at the same level.

They hit the target timeline. We have internal tools and a CRM system to manage the project. Additionally, we use emails and Microsoft Teams to communicate daily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re happy with our employee; he’s been working nicely for us.

Keep an open mind and review the candidates. We were surprised to find that our candidate had worked for a local law firm. We weren’t expecting to see that close of a connection, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Remote CoWorker provides us with BPO and call center services support. We've onboarded a number of different teammates from their side, some of who focus on data analytics and manipulation. Others provide us with end user support.

To onboard these resources, Remote CoWorker has handled most of the recruiting process themselves. For every role, they've done prescreening and some trial tasks. Then, they've delivered a pool of candidates who have passed the trial tasks, and we've chosen the most appropriate ones for the project.

We've worked with 12 resources from Remote CoWorker, including data analytics engineers and customer service agents.

We found them via an online search.

We began working with them in October 2023, and we’re still working together.

Remote CoWorker has been extremely easy to work with, as their process is quick and flexible. We've measure success for them the same way we measure it with everyone: by looking at the quality of their work, the user feedback, and the KPIs. Their resources have been very good.

How did Remote CoWorker perform from a project management standpoint?

Remote CoWorker delivers items on time and responds well to feedback, both individually and as a company. We communicate via email, phone, and Zoom.

I would like to give a shout-out to Kirby (Chief Staffing Officer), who has been our liaison on this project. He has been excellent to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Remote CoWorker's flexibility is impressive. They've been extremely quick and responsive, and they also have flexible contract terms, which have been very useful. Moreover, they've delivered good candidates very quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Remote CoWorker had more clearly highlighted areas of responsibility between their company and ours, especially for staff management.
