      They're very honest, approachable, and they go the extra mile. We recently had a situation where we changed the spec of the project last minute, so their team stayed up all night to get it fixed — it didn't become an extra problem that we needed to deal with. I would advise being very honest with the brief, and tell them exactly what you're trying to achieve, as well as the challenges as you see them. If you're very honest about the outcome you’re trying to achieve, you'll get a much better result.
