UX/UI Design for UEP!FLY
The Challenge
To reflect the company’s enthusiastic spirit and bring its visual characteristics to a new level.
Despite being a new airline, Uepfly already had some predefined assets that needed to be reworked and extended to be better applicable in a web environment.
As one of the provided assets, the logo dictated the use of the Quentin pro font on the website. While adhering to important UX rules, we made the most of this constraint.
Solution
With the majority of users accessing the website through their phones, it was essential that mobile UX interactions and perceptions were sleek, easily accessible, quick, and clear.
A significant part of communicating with users went through the development of custom icons. They also reflect established visual style rules and synthesize key information that users need to have an instantaneous impression of.
One of our clients requested more flexibility in backend management, so we developed a building blocks approach.
The blocks were designed to be adaptable so that we can create better harmony in all future combinations when creating new web pages.

Lead Generation / Digital Escape Room
Keaton Creative contacted us with the objective of developing a lead generation escape room that would engage potential customers in a fun and interactive way.
The escape room was used to generate leads for the client and provided a fun and interactive way for potential customers to learn about the company’s products and services.
We were excited to take on the challenge and create an escape room that would be both entertaining and informative.
This resulted in a fun way to learn about the company and what they do, while also getting a chance to test out their prospects’ skills.

HubSpot COS Development for DIU.Digital
DIU.Digital came to us as they were seeking an experienced HubSpot agency that could help them rebuild their existing marketing website using HubSpot COS. They were already using other HubSpot services like HubSpot forms and emails and had already taken the decision to go with the HubSpot COS because of the ease of use, drag and drop and customization options.
DIU had their new website designed internally and this was the starting point for our work. After carefully exploring their designs we identified a detailed list of all the custom HubSpot modules they would need us to build. Once we agreed on the final module list with the client, we stepped into implementing them into their HubSpot CMS.
Each module had a number of well-thought options to provide enough flexibility to the website content creators without overwhelming them with complexity.
Building the website in a modular way gave DIU the complete freedom to easily create as many new pages as they wanted using the drag and drop functionality in HubSpot.
DIU were very pleased with the process and the outcome of our work. They consequently commissioned us to build their JobFlow product website following the same process.

Mobile Webapp for Amplify Donations
The Amplify Donations startup chose us to develop their climate donations app.
The project required the development of complex user onboarding processes and the integration of a variety of third party systems such as card linking technology and payment subscriptions. The card linking technology allows users to connect their credit or debit cards to the system and make payments seamlessly. The payment subscription allows users to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription that automatically renews.
We are proud and happy to see the client very satisfied with how we converted their design concept into a highly functional mobile web application. The client had a very specific vision for their application, and we were able to successfully bring that to life. We’re always happy when our clients are happy, and we look forward to continued success in the future.

Premedia
Premedia came to us as they were planning to send their e-magazin (a B2B newsletter) for the first time. They wanted to use HubSpot since they were using the platform already for their email campaigns. The problem they came to us with was that they were not able to transform the newsletter design into HubSpot modules in sufficient quality.
We helped them by creating the required email template and custom email modules in HubSpot completely matching the client design.
Each module had a number of well-thought options to provide enough flexibility to the email creators like image size and alignment, and paddings setup. We also made the modules use HubSpot drag and drop option in order to make them easier to arrange.
We created a HubSpot email template and custom email modules for marketing solutions provider Premedia. These tools helped streamline their marketing communications and provided a more professional look and feel to their messages.
Premedia shared they are very happy with the implementations, the modules are really looking good and the usability is great.

Branding, Design and Development for Quizvideo
QuizVideo was a mobile web application that offered live game play and rewards for players who could accumulate points faster than the competition. The mobile web app could be played on any devices, and featured a variety of trivia games covering topics like pop culture, history, and science. Players could use their knowledge to earn points and prizes, and compete against friends or other users from around the world.
We developed the branding, UX/UI and created the mobile web application and provided technical support for the game.
Quizvideo was focused on creating a joyful experience through the use of bright colours, smooth shapes and a lively atmosphere.
The visual language we created had to work both on small screens and large format displays.
The project was challenging due to the frequency of the games. Sometimes there were two games happening in a day.
At a time where competition between live trivia apps was fierce, Quizvideo proved its business model and was engaged by one of the biggest Spanish TV channels to integrate the Quizvideo techonology in one of their mobile apps.

In season 2 of “La Peste”, we developed an ARG (Alternative Reality Game). The ARG allowed fans to experience the show in a new way and interact with the characters and world of the show.

With so much competition, it’s imperative to have a strong SEO strategy to make sure your law firm is visible online.
The Singleton Law Firm was having difficulty establishing an online presence and reaching their target audience effectively.
In order to improve performance, we moved the website to our professional hosting platform, then worked on capturing traffic, ranking for relevant local keywords, and resolving SEO issues.
When we started working on this project, we inherited a number of problems. Website traffic was non-existent and the site had no keyword rankings in Google.
The website now ranks for over 2,000 keywords and receives three times more organic traffic than its main competitor.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Net2Work is a tech company that aims to inspire and connect young people with companies. Our goal is to create opportunities for young people to pursue internships, apprenticeships, and jobs. We mainly work with schools and colleges to inform students of potential career paths.
What challenge were you trying to address with Agile Digital Agency?
We’d launched Net2Work about to years ago with a very basic WordPress website, so it was time to re-platform the technology and take it to the next level.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Agile Digital Agency rebuilt our website to be more interactive. Now, the site has more video capabilities and a few other features that it didn’t have before. We’re still focusing on preparing for our relaunch, but we might consider bringing them on for some digital strategy in the future.
What is the team composition?
I meanly speak with two people: their partner and another person who’s helped us out.
How did you come to work with Agile Digital Agency?
A peer of mine who had a large business had recommended Agile Digital Agency, so I took a look. Out of everyone that I’d spoken to, Agile Digital Agency was the best. They said they could do everything that I wanted in terms of rebuilding the system in a cool and effective way.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s been about £40,000 (approximately $53,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October 2019, and the work is ongoing.

It’s been incredible. The website looks great and works well. Even when we find little things that need to be tweaked, Agile Digital Agency is able to get to it straight away.
Regarding the process, they never said that the couldn’t do anything. Rather, they always found a way to implement my ideas as well as their own. They’ve found little things that I haven’t seen, which has made all the difference.
How did Agile Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They feel like a part of my own team even though we’re all in different countries. I speak with them at least once a week through video calls and emails, and they’re good at responding quickly. It’s comfortable chatting with them because they’re great people.
In terms of deadlines, they’ve been amazing. They schedule things in advance and prompt me to give constant feedback so that they can proceed. At times, they were even pushing me.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Not only were they attentive to my asks, but they also went beyond to deliver things that I hadn’t thought of. They’ve added some amazing interactive features.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything at this point.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Really know what you want, communicate with them often, and test as you go along. The latter is good for both sides
