We run a SaaS company focused on B2B service providers. We are me, my co-founder, and 2 developers. I am the designer of the platform.

We needed a bunch of alterations to our Webflow website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors were communication and response qualities. The price was fair, and his former work showed craftsmanship.

We had a base design in Webflow and made many changes to it in a separate design file in Figma. At some point, we needed the design changes to be developed in the Webflow project. We charged the designs to get a grasp of the scope. Alterations and communication went over email, but foremost, in a tool we found to speed up the process called Markup.

Just me and Ibrahim.

Ibrahim works fast and has a great eye for detail. Communication was fast and we had no struggles explaining things to each other although we are continents apart.

Ibrahim works structured and step by step. He is patient and clear about what can and can not be done. This is very helpful for the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Again, the communication is very good, which builds trust.

Next time I want to use Markup from the start. That's all...

We are starting a new business and needed help with getting our website off the ground. We choose Webflow because of it's no-code solution, but still needed extra help to get it to the finish line.

Reliability was our most important factor. We needed to know that they could do what they said they could do, and get the job done on time and in-budget.

We had an initial meeting with Ibrahim, followed by a scope of work deliverable. From there, we gave access to Ibrahim to complete the changes and review for approval.
