We are so fortunate to have found Sam to help us create a website for our mental health practice. He has been amazing to work with throughout this whole process. He took the time to listen to what our practice wanted in a website and he quickly got to work designing and bringing our vision into reality. Even when the design we wanted seemed somewhat impossible, he found a way to make it happen. Sam was easy to talk to, understanding, professional, and a really good person all around.

Another thing we really appreciate in Sam is his communication, follow through and availability to answer our questions within several hours or jump in a Zoom meeting. We are also grateful for Sam creating very informative training videos to show us how to make changes to our website. The training videos were so easy to follow that we feel very confident making edits to our site on our own.

I worked with Mendel Sites for about a month's time to plan, design, and launch a brand new business website. Sam helped me to flesh out the process of design so that I could write out all of my own content and present it how I wanted to in the website display. Sam optimized the website for google search engine, SEO, for me, and made sure that the website was completely up to date and to my liking.

We wanted to do a rebrand to have a more concise website and be able to reach a broader audience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mendel Sites completed a web redevelopment for us on our WordPress page. They revamped the entire platform to deliver a completely different site and new branding. Our goal was to focus on the various services we provide currently, in the future, and our blog posts. Mendel Sites will be working with us for ongoing maintenance of the website.

We started working together in February 2022, and we have an ongoing partnership. They completed the revamp in mid-May. The original project was to be completed in mid-March. However, I had to push the project back by one month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the site completed, Mendel Sites are continuing to support my business by providing information and tutorials on how to navigate the analytics and as well as managing and navigating the site. What I can say is that I got my first coaching call the next day the site went live. Overall, they’ve knocked it out of the park, and I’m delighted with their work.

Mendel Sites provided exceptional project management. Their engagement with me, follow-up, and detailed information allowed me the sense of trust that my project was in good hands. They’ve also been patient with me when I needed to take a step back. Sam’s turnaround time when I was able to get back up and running was less than 2 weeks — we very impressed with their completion time and appreciated it! I’m also impressed with their communication efforts — emails were answered within1-2 hours with Zoom calls to confirm additional information and direction!

Mendel Sites is an organization that cares about their clients. They built this trust and respect through being true to their word and providing an amazing website to back up their hard work. I reached out to many website developers for quotes. Sam was easily the most personable and responsive to my inquiry. There was no question from the beginning that he was who i would use to build my website.

initial contact was made through an ad, his response was very prompt. He provided good insight into reasons to use a different platform than the one i was initially seeking. we had an initial phone call to discuss further. Within 24 hours he had emailed as promised with access to a shared google drive in which i could begin uploading photos, text, etc.

The google drive folders also clearly outlined what info was needed from me and made it easy to add info for him to begin work. Sam was in contact throughout the process, basically anytime i added into and he updated the website in process. I was able to see the website as it was being built and we had several zoom calls throughout the process to discuss changes to photos, text, etc. Sam was very patient, very accessible, very responsive throughout the entire process.

The website looks very professional, such an upgrade from the 2010 version that i built! It is now mobile friendly, modern looking.

Sam seems to genuinely care about creating a website that is unique to you, and not just a cookie cutter. They were very responsive to feedback and definitely seemed to know what they were talking about when it comes to SEO and all the important back-end stuff.

The site has only been up for a few days, so it will take a while for it to create results. The feedback from my colleagues and family has been very positive. They all like how it looks and feels. The website represents who I am very well.

After framework was created we began to supply images and page content.
