We are so fortunate to have found Sam to help us create a website for our mental health practice. He has been amazing to work with throughout this whole process. He took the time to listen to what our practice wanted in a website and he quickly got to work designing and bringing our vision into reality. Even when the design we wanted seemed somewhat impossible, he found a way to make it happen. Sam was easy to talk to, understanding, professional, and a really good person all around.

Another thing we really appreciate in Sam is his communication, follow through and availability to answer our questions within several hours or jump in a Zoom meeting. With the site completed, Mendel Sites are continuing to support my business by providing information and tutorials on how to navigate the analytics and as well as managing and navigating the site. What I can say is that I got my first coaching call the next day the site went live. Overall, they’ve knocked it out of the park, and I’m delighted with their work.

I reached out to many website developers for quotes. Sam was easily the most personable and responsive to my inquiry. There was no question from the beginning that he was who i would use to build my website.

initial contact was made through an ad, his response was very prompt. He provided good insight into reasons to use a different platform than the one i was initially seeking. we had an initial phone call to discuss further. Within 24 hours he had emailed as promised with access to a shared google drive in which i could begin uploading photos, text, etc.

The google drive folders also clearly outlined what info was needed from me and made it easy to add info for him to begin work. Sam was in contact throughout the process, basically anytime i added into and he updated the website in process. I was able to see the website as it was being built and we had several zoom calls throughout the process to discuss changes to photos, text, etc. Sam was very patient, very accessible, very responsive throughout the entire process.
