We were looking for digital content to be used for social media, online assets and assist our sales department w business growth.

We've been approached by several content providers and after several interviews with Clutch as well as others, we went with Clutch for their creative ability as well as client services.

Our goal was to produce 2-3 1-2 minute videos highlighting several parts of our company's core competencies. We had several creative meetings prior to production. After several edits Clutch delivered on what was expected and beyond.

We worked with most of the Clutch staff throughout the project. All depts were extremely professional and helped keep us on track and focussed.

We've shared their work with several clients as well as prospects and have got a great response from the creativity as well as highly informative.

The client services side of Clutch has been a standout and we really appreciated their understanding that our days and calendar change very quickly. They were great about accommodating our schedules.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Beyond their overall professionalism as a company and quality creative, I'd say we were most impressed with the value. We got a great product at a reasonable price on time and on budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hard to say. As far as deliverables, they were spot on. Always nice to spend more in-person creative discussions, but considering the current social restrictions, they did great.

We hired Clutch to assist with branding for Ziggurat. This included brochures, video ads, customer facing content, graphic design, and product packaging.

After doing a lot of market research, we decided on Clutch because we found them to be the best option for branding when it came to price and quality.

To start, they have a kick-off meeting where we go over the contract and expectations that our company has for them. They also ask specific questions about our industry, company, and goals. After that we have weekly meetings where they provide an update, or we go over any items for edits/review as necessary. After final edits are made we are always left surprised at the quality. Clutch really never disappoints, and their creative spins on our ideas are always superb.

I worked directly with their account manager. She relayed all my requests, edits, and ideas to the rest of the team as needed. This made it easier to have a single point of contact.

Working with Clutch has really helped revive our brand. From our product packaging to our video ads and thank you cards, Clutch has given us a fresh look that has helped increase our sales. Their creative suggestions added a new way for our customers to be able to access our instructional videos by scanning a QR code, which has been well received by customers.

Clutch scheduled weekly meetings to make sure we had clear communication and expectation on timelines and projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creative work definitely surpasses our expectations. I would ask for something as simple as a brochure and Clutch would work their magic and give me a branded brochure that I didn't even think of. Our thank you cards were the same story, I asked for a thank you card to put in our orders and Clutch made a Ziggurat branded thank you card that was designed better and helped create more customer brand recognition with our colors and ziggurat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, overall we are thoroughly impressed with Clutch and would use them again in the future.

In 60 days, the team leased all 72 townhomes, achieving a 100% lease-up rate ahead of schedule. Continuous monitoring of KPIs enabled the team to reallocate resources effectively, particularly toward high-performing ads and virtual tours.

Our progress was demonstrated early on with the re-brand that occurred which showed our mission statement better. We were able to go to events and look and feel professional. We can now describe what our company does quickly and efficiently due to the work Clutch provided for us. Our brand perfectly now fits our vision.

Project Management was A+. Problems were resolved quickly, and efficiently without much back and forth. Our project manager even gave us his cell number in case we needed anything. Needs were taken from us and delivered as we envisioned it. This is huge as we didn't have to re-do much. I cant speak highly enough of their project management. Everything was delivered on time.
