We wanted to improve the look of our website and boost its visibility through organic SEO. We were already working with an SEO agency, but traffic had plateaued because of slow speed and a stale interface due to a lack of updating, so we decided it was time for a change.

While our project manager Aditya is our point person, the team comprises several marketing professionals, developers, designers, and content writers that are always eager to collaborate and cater to our specific needs.

Our new website has made it easier for our customers to place orders online, interact with our insightful blog, take advantage of ongoing offers, and subscribe to our newsletter. Our online orders and subscribers have also increased substantially.

They performed very well from a management standpoint. Open and transparent communication, bi-weekly calls and emails during the whole course of the project.

Post the development of the website it took some time for the SEO to kick in. I would have liked for that to happen sooner but I guess SEO takes time.

They came up with the site’s design concept and even our logo. Since we also sell cars at the end of the rentals, they made it so that people are can contact me through the site. They also detailed our contract and services on the site in a professional manner and created a separate page for our car listings, which is complete with photos and descriptions of the cars and reviews from previous customers.

The site is now finished, but we’re still working together for the site’s maintenance and ongoing support.

I don’t have any metrics yet, but everybody that has seen the site has liked it and has provided good feedback. Overall, I think they’ve done a fantastic job and I’m very happy with them.

Your Hustler, Inc. has performed well in terms of project management. If anything, I was the one holding them up. They are proactive in pushing the project forward and we’ve never had any problems with them.

I’m the president of Steam and Sauna Experts. We provide all services related to steam and sauna equipment and sell it online.

We need local installation leads and nationwide e-commerce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially did website design. Then, we decided not to use it and just worked on the SEO for the current website. Additionally, Your Hustler did a couple of structural changes that we requested.

Now, we’re in the process of building a new Shopify site with them, and it’ll include SEO. They also write a blog on the website and provide social media marketing services, managing our Facebook. We may think about hosting services for the new website, but the current site is hosted by Weebly.

We work with Aditya (Founder & Head of Business Development). He runs everything and has developers and other people working on the site. I don’t know exactly how many people are on the team.

Aditya reached out to us, offering website development services, and we decided to give him a chance. He delivered pretty quickly on his promises, and then we got back together and came up with a game plan to do SEO on my current website and launch a new one.

We began our engagement in April 2021, and it’s ongoing. We’ll launch the new website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As soon as Your Hustler began working on our website, our organic traffic improved. Now, if you look at one of the parts that we sell online, we’re on the first page of Google, which is what we wanted. It isn’t the ultimate goal, but we’re happy with the results. We’ve worked with companies that don’t deliver on their promises, but Your Hustler has been on point on everything.

Although there’s always room for improvement, we understand that the process takes time, and results aren’t going to happen overnight. So far, it’s been good, and we’ll have to keep working hard to get to our goal.

Project management is excellent. Aditya’s very sharp, and he follows us. Your Hustler gets it done — they honor the company's name because they do everything for us.

We mainly communicate via email, but we also have Zoom calls between us.

We see their work and results. They deliver on what they promise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

On one occasion, they were making some improvements to the website and weren’t aware that a font color had changed. It wasn’t anything significant; we brought it up to them, and they fixed it right away.

Be concise and precise on your goals for your business and website. Make sure you explain them well to the team; they’ll do their best to get it done. So far, we’ve been happy with everything they’ve done, and we see results.

Now that our site is up and running, I wished I updated sooner. Our site is now fast and user friendly. Our returning customers really notice how fast and easy it was to order from our new site. I don't get calls from customers saying they are having difficulties ordering online. This frees up time writing down orders in the store.

Our new website has been live for only several months, but already we are seeing more quality leads come through, and all the issues with slow loading, spam through the contact form, too many clicks to reach product details and the fresh look with mobile friendly use have been accomplished.

Not only did they build me an amazing website but they did my Branding as well. The goal was to build a new website inline with the current industry trends and I would say that the goal was achieved.

I looked at their past work and compared it to other agencies I was considering for the job. They were a clear winner in terms of quality. It gave me confidence to pick them over the other agencies and needless to say it was a great decision. Another factor was how well they communicated.

Website projects can take a couple of months and I didn't want to work with people who are grumpy and didn't communicate well. They were super friendly and it has led to a great working relationship with them.

Initially, we had labels that were pretty urban, and I felt that there was a need to step up our game to get our product out there. This is my son’s product and he was hit by a car in September 2020. We already had a couple of scents out there, so when we redesigned our labels, people were so amazed when they saw the new bottles. Everyone that goes through the page tells me how easy it is to navigate, and that was one of my requests.

Your Hustler is amazing. I was dealing with my son being in a coma and having a portion of his skull removed, but they’re still patient and professional. Their design technique and wording are superb and exactly what we were looking for. They implemented everything that I asked for and more — I was so pleased simply because we just had them again to do marketing our company.

We hired Your Hustler to build us a robust Event Management Platform. We wanted our clients to be able to sell through our very own platform. The goals were to build a platform that would give our clients the ability to post their events, sell tickets and be able to track everything through one dashboard. Also, we wanted to have our own dashboard to track all the activity of our clients as well as the customers.

Your Hustler was definitely not the first company we spoke to. We had discussions with at least 4 agencies but it just didn't feel right. If I had to pick one thing that convinced us to go with them, it was their attitude. They made us feel they really wanted to help us and that is what gave us the confidence to move forward with them.

Since it is an event management platform, the UI of the backend was of utmost importance. They put in far more features than what was initially discussed. The backend has been built on pHp. The scope of work was to build an admin dashboard and an organizer dashboard with all the features that an event management platform can possibly have.
