We found Cosmico Studios via their Youtube channel and we hired them based on the quality of their videos, their client portfolio and client reviews.

Cosmico Studios created a custom microsite via the Webflow CMS. This project included wireframes, mockups, content development and custom code.

We are the managers of a line of skincare products and wanted to launch a web store to offer our products online.

After launching our new line of skincare products, we needed a website. We decided to hire Cosmico Studios to design and develop a Shopify site for us.

We found Cosmico Studios online and chose them based on their history of building web stores using Shopify.

After discussing our goals and objectives, the team delivered design mock-ups for our site. After approval, the team designed and developed the new Shopify site, incorporating our company and product brand information.

Kenny was our project manager and our main point of contact throughout the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site and promoting it on Social Media, we had our first online sale in just a few hours. Our customers are happy with the store experience. The product pages are easy to navigate and users can now pay by credit card. Order fulfilments are done easily using Shopify's tools.

We had direct communication with Kenny, the project manager, who helped us throughout the whole process.

Cosmico Studios was very helpful, and they showed us the best ways to use Shopify. They were responsive to our needs and showed they had a lot of experience building robust e-commerce websites using Shopify.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. The experience was A+.

I’m the director of the US division of Humidif Group, a product design and packaging company. We run multiple companies out of our office such as Cigar Box Factory, a company that specializes in handmade cigar boxes. We have about seven locations globally and we work with the largest tobacco brands in the world.

We needed someone to redevelop and redesign our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Besides redesigning and redeveloping our website, Cosmico Studios provides me with consultancy services to enhance the front- and backend of the website. They would also do ongoing maintenance, updating, and customization. 

Moreover, the team uses Adobe Illustrator to create and present their designs mockups.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Kenneth (CEO).

How did you come to work with Cosmico Studios?

I met them through a mutual contact many years ago, and I linked back with Kenneth when I started working on this cigar marketplace.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve probably invested around $7,500 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

What we’re trying to achieve with this project is to create transparency when logging in reports and analytics of all our sites. That’s what we’re currently doing, so now we’re just merging all our platforms into one Zoho account. That way, customers can just easily order an existing design, click on the product, and then upload their logo. This makes the process more efficient for us.

How did Cosmico Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

The way they provided the quotes made it easier for the stakeholders to interpret and visualize what I was trying to enhance on the site. We usually communicate through email and phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with Cosmico Studios’ communication skills, and it’s the main reason why we continue to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t have to improve on anything. they’re reliable, fluent, transparent, and educated. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would say to gather all your information because it’s going to benefit you and it’ll make the process easier for them. Make sure you provide all the necessary assets for the project and try to mirror their transparency in communication.

I’m a partner in VananaVan that performs marketing for private bus drivers. We’re setting up an online database system to simplify the process for parents searching for drivers for their kids.

We wanted to set up a whole online infrastructure. We wanted to get a server and the database up and running.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cosmico Studios did everything from the ground up. Right when the project started, they ran through the basics of starting an online service. The team worked on the flow charts and prototypes.

I’m not sure how many people are assigned to the project, but we directly communicate with Kenny (CEO & Founder).

How did you come to work with Cosmico Studios?

We met Kenny because he did some work for our attorney.  We looked for other options, but Cosmico Studios just seemed like the perfect balance in price and quality.

We spent around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together about a year and a half or two years ago. They’re still taking care of all the IT needs we have.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re finishing up the website for launch, so right now, we don’t have any statistics, but the quality of the work is great.

How did Cosmico Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. When the coronavirus pandemic hit, everything slowed down, but it all worked out fine. We can call them whenever needed to talk about ideas or tell them if anything is missing, and they’re really helpful. Their team also interjects with a lot of good ideas from their side, and we really like that part.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like the fact that we’re always in contact with just one person on Cosmico Studios' team. Sometimes when it’s a big team, a lot of things would get lost in translation, so it’s always nice to have just one person to deal with.

No, I can’t really think of anything.

Through a search of both Social Media and Google. The deciding factor was ultimately Kenneth Metral through a combination of Instagram videos, virtual interview and my gut feeling.
