Their biggest strength is communication. They’re always brief and know what to do. They also tell me what they can do and give me correct estimations before we start a project. Adchitects takes payments at an hourly rate. When I ask for something, they give me an approximate estimation of how many hours it will take. Most of the time, the estimation is close to the final budget. I don’t think any new clients will have any problems. Adchitects always explains themselves correctly and sets expectations as true as possible at the start. New clients will get any advice they need from Adchitects.

They were flexible—they agreed to develop our Drupal site, although Drupal isn’t the most flexible CMS. And, they managed to create something visually captivating, within the CMS’s boundaries. They were also flexible in terms of how much content we could provide them with. We found their adaptability to be incredibly valuable.

I work with so many vendors and get all these sales pitches, which are great. But, then, when the deliverable comes, it doesn't quite match. I feel like I have to fill in many of the gaps myself. I don't need to do that with Skyhook. They're just truthful, honest hard workers. They don't have to do things 90 times with 70 phone calls. They quoted me ten weeks for the project, but by the time five weeks had passed, they’d completed 80% of the work. They’re currently running QA testing and making minor adjustments to this pilot version of the app before we release it. They’ve also done a great job of meeting my specifications as far as ensuring that the platform is intuitive and user-friendly.
