I’m the owner and director of VM Psychology Services, a healthcare company that provides psychological training, consultation, and therapy.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Launchworthy to accomplish for your psychological training, consultation, and therapy business?

We hired Launchworthy to create two beautiful websites to help us develop our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a website focused primarily on therapy, with psychological training being a secondary professional focus. The new website focuses primarily on the delivery of psychological training, and therapy with individual clients has taken second place.Launchworthy’s task was to create an engaging website that met the ever-reducing attention span of website visitors. The idea behind the new website was to provide clear and simplified pathways to engage in registering for the core training I provide and to register for the additional upskilling training.Launchworthy discussed the project with me and had the freedom to develop the new brand, the website’s design, the color palette, and the additional visual and language accents to create an engaging experience for website visitors, avoiding the common traps of stereotypically “calm” presentations of websites linked with the provision of psychological therapy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website on November 23, 2025. So far, we’ve received very strong positive feedback from our mailing list, colleagues, and acquaintances. In addition, the website’s analytics show 1.6K visits for the two days since its launch.

How did Launchworthy perform from a project management standpoint?

Launchworthy delivered on time. The timeframe was relatively short because they used some material from my old website. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.Launchworthy involved me in every step of the process, asking for my feedback, providing the required adjustments, and moving through the process only after my approval of each step.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The entire team was very decisive, had a great sense of humor, was very patient, and had a fantastic capacity to provide simple explanations of complex ideas. I received regular updates via Loom, which was helpful because I could watch the videos and review the information until reaching some clarity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As part of their service, Launchworthy offered to provide adjustments to the website (within a certain period) after the launch. This way, I felt reassured that even if we missed something, they would be there to do the work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend Launchworthy to anyone who seeks individualized support, practicality in design, and clear deliverables, along with a sense of belonging to a team.
