We hired Grain & Mortar a few years ago to build our initial website (before I joined). It was very sparse as the company was in stealth mode. Last month, we reached out to them with a request to do a formal launch and completely revamp the website. We wanted to add a few new pages and change almost all of the text and design, all within a timeline of 3 weeks.

The launch of website on time with the desired content.

The team not only delivered items on time, but they came in ahead of time at each milestone. They were communicative both about the project plan and any changes that we requested. They made it easy to provide feedback and implemented it with speed and quality. They were also able to accommodate more work than was originally outlined in the SOW, dramatically exceeding my expectations.
